【摘要】：污名第一次是被社會(huì)學(xué)家戈夫曼在其著作《日常生活中的自我呈現(xiàn)》提出的,隨后在《污名:受損身份管理札記》中,戈夫曼將其定義為—污名是個(gè)體在人際關(guān)系中具有某種令人丟臉的特征,這種特征會(huì)使其擁有者具有一種“受損身份”由于個(gè)體或群體身上的這種貶低性侮辱性標(biāo)簽,會(huì)使其受到不公平的待遇。污名是隨著社會(huì)建構(gòu)的過程中產(chǎn)生的一種現(xiàn)象,很好解釋,很多人也都理解和明白,但是污名化所帶來的影響和后果卻并未引起人們的重視。因污名這一研究最早起源于社會(huì)學(xué),心理學(xué)上也對(duì)這一學(xué)科進(jìn)行了大量的研究,直到上個(gè)世界80年代,才被引進(jìn)到傳播中,被劃分為了認(rèn)知傳播學(xué)這一范疇。隨著社會(huì)的發(fā)展,信息平臺(tái)的繼續(xù)先進(jìn),信息傳播方式的巨大改變,對(duì)于污名化的研究應(yīng)該更深入的進(jìn)行到泛污名化的研究。本文立足于新媒體的網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳播環(huán)境,分析新媒體特性對(duì)泛污名化的影響,包括泛污名化滋生得原因,以及新媒體傳播環(huán)境的改變對(duì)促生泛污名化這一現(xiàn)象的全新的變化以及特點(diǎn),探討泛污名化反作用于新媒體這一傳播環(huán)境所帶來的問題。這是本文的創(chuàng)新之處。首先本論文會(huì)對(duì)新媒體傳播中污名化現(xiàn)象進(jìn)行闡述并從被污名的各種各樣的群體入手,從傳播者,傳播渠道,受眾者,傳播效果等各個(gè)方面,詳細(xì)的介紹污名化的各項(xiàng)特點(diǎn)以及由此引出泛污名化這一現(xiàn)象的各種特點(diǎn)。其次本論文會(huì)對(duì)新媒體傳播中泛污名化現(xiàn)象的產(chǎn)生原因來做研究,有條理有邏輯的逐一列舉。內(nèi)容會(huì)對(duì)各學(xué)科的經(jīng)典理論引用和借鑒,會(huì)采用案例分析的形式加以輔助,案例的分析來源于新媒體中的素材。最后本論文會(huì)對(duì)泛污名化現(xiàn)象反作用于新媒體傳播的影響進(jìn)行分析,從話語權(quán),群體壓力與群體對(duì)抗,心理失衡,階層固化矛盾等不同角度所帶來的價(jià)值和負(fù)面影響,負(fù)面后果進(jìn)行闡述。關(guān)于泛污名化的研究理論相對(duì)于其他理論來說非常少,對(duì)于污名化本身的理論研究多呈現(xiàn)于多學(xué)科的整合趨勢(shì),對(duì)于這一理論也是需要各個(gè)學(xué)科的理論來解釋,因?yàn)槲勖难芯扛嗍前殡S著社會(huì)建構(gòu)過程的一種動(dòng)態(tài)化過程,所以本文的研究會(huì)對(duì)目前的現(xiàn)象加以研究,對(duì)其整理,梳理,但是無法對(duì)其進(jìn)行特別超前的預(yù)估和預(yù)測(cè),只能在現(xiàn)階段對(duì)于進(jìn)行解釋,這是本論文必須面對(duì)的一個(gè)重要難點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Stigma was first proposed by sociologist Goffman in his book "Self-presentation in Daily Life," and later in "stigma: notes on the Management of damaged identity." Goffman defines it as-stigma is an individual having some humiliating characteristic in a relationship that gives its owner a "damaged identity" as a result of this demeaning label on the individual or group. It will be treated unfairly. Stigma is a phenomenon produced in the process of social construction. It is well explained and understood by many people, but the impact and consequences of stigmatization have not been paid attention to. Because the study of stigma originated in sociology, psychology also carried out a lot of research on this subject. It was not introduced into communication until the 1980s, and it was divided into the category of cognitive communication. With the development of society, the development of information platform and the great change of information dissemination mode, the research on stigma should be carried out more deeply to the study of universal stigma. Based on the network communication environment of the new media, this paper analyzes the influence of the characteristics of the new media on the universal stigma, including the reasons for the emergence of the universal stigma. The change of new media communication environment has brought about new changes and characteristics of the phenomenon of promoting universal stigmatization, and the problems brought about by the reaction of universal stigma to the new media communication environment are discussed. This is the innovation of this paper. First of all, this paper will explain the phenomenon of stigmatization in the new media communication and start with the various groups that have been stigmatized, from various aspects, such as communicators, communication channels, audience, communication effect, etc. This paper introduces the characteristics of stigmatization and the characteristics of this phenomenon. Secondly, this paper will study the causes of the phenomenon of universal stigma in the new media communication, and enumerate one by one logically. The content will quote and draw lessons from the classical theories of various disciplines, and will be assisted by the form of case analysis, which comes from the material in the new media. Finally, this paper will analyze the influence of the phenomenon of universal stigma on the new media communication, from the right of speech, group pressure and group confrontation, psychological imbalance, class solidification contradictions and other different angles of value and negative impact. The negative consequences are explained. The research theory of universal stigma is very few compared with other theories. The theoretical research on stigma itself is mostly presented in the trend of multi-disciplinary integration, and the theory also needs the theories of various disciplines to explain. Because the study of stigmatization is more likely to be accompanied by a dynamic process of social construction, the present phenomenon will be studied, sorted out and sorted out in this paper, but it cannot be predicted and predicted in a particularly advanced manner. It is an important difficulty for this paper to explain only at this stage.
