【摘要】：隨著輿論的社會(huì)力量不斷放大,重要性不斷凸顯,輿論學(xué)也被認(rèn)為是社會(huì)科學(xué)研究領(lǐng)域的一門(mén)顯學(xué)。然而輿論學(xué)研究理論尚不成體系,研究方法也遭遇了前所未有的困境,傳統(tǒng)民意調(diào)查方法和大數(shù)據(jù)分析結(jié)果均難以準(zhǔn)確預(yù)測(cè)輿情發(fā)展實(shí)際結(jié)果。本文嘗試探討了輿論學(xué)科知識(shí)體系的建設(shè)問(wèn)題,認(rèn)為在理論體系上應(yīng)吸納多學(xué)科理論并不斷檢驗(yàn)和發(fā)展原有理論,拓寬輿論學(xué)研究范疇;在方法體系上應(yīng)重新審視現(xiàn)有研究方法的不足,引入多元研究方法反復(fù)論證問(wèn)題,構(gòu)建綜合輿論研究框架;并加強(qiáng)輿論學(xué)在現(xiàn)實(shí)社會(huì)中的應(yīng)用研究,發(fā)展輿論管理的實(shí)務(wù)教育。除此之外,輿論學(xué)學(xué)科發(fā)展和知識(shí)體系建設(shè)還需要合理的人才培養(yǎng)體系和組織資源的支撐。
[Abstract]:As the social power of public opinion magnifies and its importance becomes more and more prominent, public opinion is regarded as a prominent subject in the field of social science research. However, the theory of public opinion research is not yet systematic, and the research method has encountered unprecedented difficulties. The traditional opinion survey method and big data analysis results are difficult to accurately predict the actual results of the development of public opinion. This paper tries to probe into the construction of knowledge system of public opinion discipline, and holds that the theory system should absorb multi-disciplinary theory and constantly test and develop the original theory, and widen the scope of public opinion research. In the method system, we should re-examine the deficiency of the existing research methods, introduce multiple research methods to prove the problems repeatedly, construct the comprehensive public opinion research frame, and strengthen the application research of the public opinion science in the real society, and develop the practical education of the public opinion management. In addition, the development of the discipline of public opinion and the construction of knowledge system also need the support of reasonable personnel training system and organizational resources.
