【摘要】：正當(dāng)今是一個(gè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)迅猛發(fā)展的時(shí)代,我國已逐漸發(fā)展為一個(gè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)大國。根據(jù)中國互聯(lián)網(wǎng)信息中心(CNNIC)最新發(fā)布的第39次《中國互聯(lián)網(wǎng)絡(luò)發(fā)展統(tǒng)計(jì)報(bào)告》顯示,截至2016年12月,我國網(wǎng)民規(guī)模達(dá)7.31億,相當(dāng)于歐洲人口總量,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)普及率達(dá)到53.2%,超過全球平均水平3.1個(gè)百分點(diǎn),超過亞洲平均水平7.6個(gè)百分點(diǎn)。2016年全年網(wǎng)民增長率為6.2%[1]。同時(shí),隨著移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技
