【摘要】：數(shù)據(jù)密集型科研范式下,科學數(shù)據(jù)的開放共享成為保障科技創(chuàng)新的重要舉措,一些國家和科研機構(gòu)制定了不同種類、不同類型、不同目的的科學數(shù)據(jù)開放政策,來保障科學數(shù)據(jù)的開放。文章梳理總結(jié)國外科學數(shù)據(jù)開放政策,以整體性、系統(tǒng)性視角重構(gòu)科學數(shù)據(jù)開放政策保障體系,并將其應(yīng)用到上海張江高科技園區(qū)的科學數(shù)據(jù)開放政策保障現(xiàn)狀調(diào)研和分析中,為制定我國科學數(shù)據(jù)開放政策提供參考和借簽。
[Abstract]:Under the data-intensive scientific research paradigm, the open sharing of scientific data has become an important measure to ensure scientific innovation. Some countries and scientific research institutions have formulated different types, different types and different purposes of scientific data opening policies.
