中央廚房式報業(yè)融合的機制創(chuàng)新及其糾偏策略研究

【摘要】:伴隨著數(shù)字技術(shù)的廣泛運用與網(wǎng)絡傳播的迅猛發(fā)展,受眾對信息的個性化需求不斷增加,傳統(tǒng)的媒介形態(tài)已經(jīng)無法適應融媒時代的要求。傳統(tǒng)報業(yè)為了應對新媒體技術(shù)的挑戰(zhàn),從傳播結(jié)構(gòu)、平臺、渠道、主體到生產(chǎn)方式都在發(fā)生轉(zhuǎn)變。正是在這樣的背景下,越來越多的報人認識到:報紙不僅僅是傳播的一個平面,如何將“平面”變“平臺”,把“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”的思路融入報業(yè)全媒體轉(zhuǎn)型中,加入自身的資源優(yōu)勢,融進符合大眾心理預期的要素,讓報業(yè)擺脫當前困境,是許多地方報業(yè)一直探索的方向。對于傳統(tǒng)媒體和新媒體來說,其優(yōu)質(zhì)內(nèi)容的呈現(xiàn)依然是題中要義,“內(nèi)容為王”重回大眾視野。然而優(yōu)質(zhì)的內(nèi)容只有與良好技術(shù)、平臺和傳播渠道的一體化相結(jié)合,才能達到全媒體傳播的預期效果。鑒于此,“中央廚房”作為融媒體內(nèi)容生產(chǎn)的神經(jīng)中樞,對傳統(tǒng)編輯部進行改造、升級,成為傳統(tǒng)媒體在經(jīng)受新媒體前所未有的沖擊后醞釀已久的自救計劃。自從2014年廣州日報報業(yè)集團“中央編輯部”的啟用,“中央廚房”便掀起一陣媒介轉(zhuǎn)型的熱潮。隨后許多報業(yè)緊隨其上,開始進行“中央廚房”式的新聞生產(chǎn)實踐!爸醒霃N房”作為適應新聞生產(chǎn)變革的一種創(chuàng)新機制,對傳統(tǒng)媒體提出了更高的要求。所以,各大媒體在構(gòu)建“中央廚房”的探索中出現(xiàn)了諸如生產(chǎn)內(nèi)容同質(zhì)化、原有生產(chǎn)方式以及組織架構(gòu)的慣性阻礙、傳統(tǒng)觀念束縛等一系列問題與挑戰(zhàn)。在對“中央廚房”模式這一對象研究的過程中,結(jié)合當下報業(yè)全媒體轉(zhuǎn)型的實踐探索,綜合使用了文獻分析、內(nèi)容分析、案例分析、對比分析等方法,探究“中央廚房”式的報業(yè)融合機制的創(chuàng)新之處,并對報業(yè)在建設和運用“中央廚房”時出現(xiàn)的問題進行剖析,進而引發(fā)深層次的思考,并提出相關(guān)糾偏策略。
[Abstract]:With the wide use of digital technology and the rapid development of network communication, the audience's demand for personalized information is increasing, the traditional media form has been unable to adapt to the requirements of the media era. In order to meet the challenge of new media technology, the traditional newspaper industry is changing from communication structure, platform, channel, main body to mode of production. It is in this context that more and more newspaper people realize that newspapers are not only a plane of communication, but also how to transform "plane" into "platform" and "Internet" into the whole media transformation of the newspaper industry. It is the direction that many local newspaper industry has been exploring to join its own resource advantage, to integrate the elements which accord with the popular psychological expectation, and to let the newspaper industry get rid of the current predicament. For the traditional media and the new media, the presentation of its high quality content is still the main point of the topic, and "content is king" return to the public view. However, only with the integration of good technology, platform and communication channel can the content of high quality achieve the expected effect of the whole media communication. In view of this, "Central Kitchen", as the nerve center of media content production, reformed and upgraded the traditional editorial department and became the self-saving plan of traditional media after experiencing the unprecedented impact of new media. Since the launch of the Guangzhou Daily newspaper Group Central editorial in 2014, the "Central Kitchen" has sparked a wave of media transformation. Subsequently, many newspapers followed closely, and began the practice of "central kitchen" news production. As an innovative mechanism to adapt to the change of news production, "Central Kitchen" puts forward higher requirements for traditional media. Therefore, in the exploration of constructing "Central Kitchen", a series of problems and challenges have appeared, such as the homogeneity of production content, the inertia of the original production mode and organizational structure, the shackles of traditional concepts, and so on. In the process of studying the model of "Central Kitchen", combined with the practical exploration of the media transformation of the newspaper industry at present, the methods of literature analysis, content analysis, case analysis, comparative analysis and so on are used synthetically. This paper probes into the innovation of the integration mechanism of the newspaper industry of "Central Kitchen", and analyzes the problems in the construction and application of "Central Kitchen", which leads to deep thinking and puts forward the relevant rectification strategies.
