【摘要】：網(wǎng)絡(luò)新聞工作者在網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)中,扮演著專門從事新聞報(bào)道和信息傳播的重要角色,它是網(wǎng)絡(luò)活動(dòng)中新聞事實(shí)與網(wǎng)民之間的一個(gè)重要的橋梁紐帶。網(wǎng)絡(luò)新聞工作者角色倫理,是根據(jù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)新聞工作者特定的身份地位以及倫理關(guān)系從而行成的角色權(quán)責(zé)定位、倫理期待以及道德行為規(guī)范。當(dāng)今社會(huì),在市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)大潮中,由于網(wǎng)絡(luò)的虛擬性,網(wǎng)絡(luò)新聞出現(xiàn)了虛假新聞、有償新聞等道德失范現(xiàn)象。這都是由于新聞工作者在網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳播過程中扮演的社會(huì)角色存在著角色異化、角色沖突、角色倫理缺失等多種原因所造成的。面對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)新聞工作者所面臨的角色倫理困境及道德失范問題,亟待加強(qiáng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)新聞工作者角色倫理建設(shè)的研究。本文從角色倫理的視角,運(yùn)用倫理學(xué)、社會(huì)學(xué)和新聞學(xué)等多學(xué)科交叉的理論和方法,揭示網(wǎng)絡(luò)新聞工作者的角色權(quán)責(zé)定位、倫理期待以及道德行為規(guī)范;分析當(dāng)前我國(guó)網(wǎng)絡(luò)新聞工作者的角色倫理困境及其成因;最后提出網(wǎng)絡(luò)新聞工作者角色倫理的實(shí)現(xiàn)路徑。旨在為當(dāng)前我國(guó)網(wǎng)絡(luò)新聞工作者的角色扮演提供理論支撐和實(shí)踐途徑,為營(yíng)造網(wǎng)絡(luò)新聞工作者角色倫理的良好環(huán)境有所裨益。本文除引言和結(jié)論外,分三部分論述網(wǎng)絡(luò)新聞工作者角色倫理及其實(shí)現(xiàn)路徑。第一部分,從網(wǎng)絡(luò)新聞工作者角色倫理的理論闡述出發(fā),探討網(wǎng)絡(luò)新聞工作者的內(nèi)涵以及網(wǎng)絡(luò)新聞工作者的角色倫理,從而明確其角色的倫理定位和倫理期待。通過對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)新聞工作者的概念界定,分析網(wǎng)絡(luò)新聞工作者與受眾、新聞媒體、社會(huì)輿論的倫理關(guān)系,揭示網(wǎng)絡(luò)新聞工作者不但具有采訪報(bào)道權(quán)以及輿論監(jiān)督權(quán),而且還要承擔(dān)通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)新聞弘揚(yáng)真善美、鞭笞假丑惡、傳播社會(huì)正能量的倫理責(zé)任和道德義務(wù)。明確網(wǎng)絡(luò)新聞工作者要堅(jiān)持傳播內(nèi)容的真實(shí)性、客觀公正的態(tài)度、全心全意為人民服務(wù)、進(jìn)行正確輿論導(dǎo)向的角色倫理期待以及道德行為規(guī)范。第二部分,結(jié)合當(dāng)前我國(guó)實(shí)際,指出了當(dāng)前我國(guó)網(wǎng)絡(luò)新聞工作者的角色沖突、角色異化、角色混淆和角色道德失范的倫理困境,以及網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)出現(xiàn)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)新聞工作者的角色沖突、角色異化、角色混淆、角色道德行為失范等現(xiàn)象。同時(shí)分析了其倫理困境和道德失范問題的原因,主要原因在于:網(wǎng)絡(luò)新聞工作者角色倫理缺失、網(wǎng)絡(luò)和網(wǎng)站權(quán)責(zé)不到位、網(wǎng)絡(luò)新聞媒體角色倫理監(jiān)管不到位、網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)缺乏角色倫理氛圍。第三部分,從角色倫理的視角,有針對(duì)性地提出了網(wǎng)絡(luò)新聞工作者角色倫理的實(shí)現(xiàn)路徑。一是要加強(qiáng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)新聞工作者的角色倫理教育,即加強(qiáng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)新聞工作者的角色倫理認(rèn)知,引導(dǎo)新聞工作者建立正確的新聞?dòng)^和價(jià)值觀,強(qiáng)化網(wǎng)絡(luò)新聞工作者的角色倫理責(zé)任,激發(fā)網(wǎng)絡(luò)新聞工作者的角色道德自覺,培養(yǎng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)新聞工作者的角色倫理精神。二是要建立健全網(wǎng)絡(luò)新聞工作者角色倫理的內(nèi)外調(diào)控機(jī)制和道德行為規(guī)范。三是加強(qiáng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)新聞工作者和網(wǎng)站的管理,即要加強(qiáng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)新聞工作者角色倫理的培訓(xùn),建立網(wǎng)絡(luò)新聞媒體的監(jiān)管制度,健全網(wǎng)絡(luò)和網(wǎng)站的責(zé)任制。四是營(yíng)建良好的網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論環(huán)境,營(yíng)造良好的網(wǎng)絡(luò)倫理文化氛圍。只有加強(qiáng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)工作者角色倫理建設(shè),提高網(wǎng)絡(luò)新聞工作者角色倫理意識(shí)和責(zé)任感,才能使網(wǎng)絡(luò)新聞工作者在網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息的傳播過程中,報(bào)道真實(shí)的新聞信息,遵守自身的職業(yè)道德,保持客觀公正的態(tài)度,發(fā)揚(yáng)正義廉潔的作風(fēng),全心全意為人民服務(wù),從而引導(dǎo)網(wǎng)民乃至整個(gè)社會(huì)正確的輿論導(dǎo)向,營(yíng)造健康積極向上的網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:Internet news workers, in the network society, play an important role in the dissemination of news and information, and it is an important bridge link between the news facts and the Internet users in the network activities. Network news worker's role ethics is based on network news worker's specific status and ethical relationship so as to line into the role and responsibility orientation, ethical expectation and ethical behavior norm. Nowadays, in the tide of market economy, because of the virtual nature of the network, the network news has appeared the phenomena of false news, paid news and so on. This is due to the role dissimilation, role conflict and the lack of role ethics in the social role played by journalists in the process of network communication. Facing the problems of moral dilemma and moral anomie faced by network news workers, we should strengthen the research of network news workers' role ethics construction. This paper, from the perspective of role ethics, applies the theories and methods such as ethics, sociology and journalism to reveal the roles and responsibilities, ethical expectations and ethical behavior norms of network news workers. This paper analyzes the role and ethical dilemma of network news workers in our country and its causes, and finally puts forward the realization path of network news workers' role ethics. The purpose of this paper is to provide theoretical support and practical way for the role play of network news workers in our country, and help to create a good environment for network news workers' role ethics. In addition to the introduction and conclusion, this paper discusses the role ethics and its realization path of network news workers in three parts. The first part, starting from the theory of network news worker's role ethics, probes into the connotation of network news workers and the role ethics of network news workers, so as to make clear the ethical positioning and ethical expectations of their roles. By defining the concept of network news workers, analyzing the ethical relations between network news workers and audience, news media and public opinion, it reveals that network news workers not only have access to reporting and supervision of public opinion, but also undertake to carry forward the truth and beauty through network news. Whipping false ugliness, spreading the ethical responsibility and moral obligation of the social positive energy. It is clear that network news workers should adhere to the authenticity, objectivity and impartiality of the dissemination of content, serve the people wholeheartedly, conduct the correct orientation of the role ethics expectation and the ethical behavior norm. The second part, in combination with the actual situation of our country, points out the ethical dilemma of the role conflict, role alienation, role confusion and role moral anomie of the network news workers in our country, as well as the role conflict, role dissimilation and role confusion of network journalists appearing in the network society. The main reasons lie in the lack of network news worker's role ethics, the lack of network and website responsibility, the lack of network news media role ethics supervision, and the lack of role ethical atmosphere in the network society. The third part, from the perspective of the role ethics, has put forward the realization path of the network news worker's role ethics. One is to strengthen the role ethics education of network news workers, i. e. to strengthen the role ethics cognition of network news workers, guide journalists to set up correct news view and values, strengthen the role ethics responsibility of network news workers, Stimulate the role moral consciousness of network news workers and cultivate the moral spirit of the role of network news workers. Second, it is necessary to establish and improve the internal and external control mechanism and ethical behavior norms of the role ethics of network news workers. 3. To strengthen the management of network news workers and websites, that is to strengthen the training of network news workers' role ethics, establish the supervision system of network news media, and improve the responsibility system of network and websites. Four is to build a good network opinion environment and create a good network ethics cultural atmosphere. Only to strengthen the network worker's role ethics construction, improve the network news worker's role ethics consciousness and sense of responsibility, can the network news worker report the true news information in the process of the communication of the network information, abide by its own professional ethics, maintain the objective and fair attitude, Carry forward the style of justice and integrity, serve the people wholeheartedly, so as to guide the correct orientation of the Internet users and even the whole society, and create a healthy and positive network environment.
