媒體輿情業(yè)務(wù)的生態(tài)及其影響研究

【摘要】:正近年來,輿情服務(wù)業(yè)蓬勃發(fā)展,它作為"朝陽"產(chǎn)業(yè)已是不爭的事實1。新聞媒體是較早從事輿情服務(wù)的組織之一,2012年后在紙媒寒冬、媒體融合轉(zhuǎn)型的行業(yè)大背景下,"輿情業(yè)務(wù)被不少媒體機構(gòu)視為轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展的重要增長點"2,越來越多的新聞媒體創(chuàng)辦輿情服務(wù)機構(gòu)。由于輿情服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的時間較短,獲取內(nèi)部材料相對不易,學(xué)界針對媒體輿情業(yè)務(wù)的研究極少,缺乏對新聞媒體從事輿情服務(wù)前因后果的宏觀審視,也缺乏從中觀的組織層面分析探討輿情業(yè)務(wù)的開展對
[Abstract]:In recent years, public opinion service industry is booming, it as a "sunrise" industry has been an indisputable fact 1. The news media was one of the early organizations engaged in public opinion services, after 2012 in the paper cold winter, Under the background of media integration and transformation, "public opinion business" is regarded as an important growth point by many media organizations. 2. More and more news media establish public opinion service institutions. Because the development of public opinion service industry is relatively short, it is relatively difficult to obtain internal materials, the academic research on media public opinion business is very little, and lack of macro examination of the reasons and consequences of news media engaging in public opinion service. There is also a lack of organizational analysis from the meso level to discuss the development of public opinion business
