基于TAM的移動(dòng)用戶學(xué)術(shù)采納行為影響因素研究

【摘要】:在分析國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,以情報(bào)學(xué)、經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、行為學(xué)等相關(guān)理論作為基礎(chǔ),基于技術(shù)接受模型,引入移動(dòng)設(shè)備可用性、信息服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)權(quán)限、用戶學(xué)歷結(jié)構(gòu)、信息質(zhì)量、信息服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)環(huán)境等因素,構(gòu)建移動(dòng)用戶學(xué)術(shù)采納模型,分析各個(gè)變量之間的影響關(guān)系,提出假設(shè)。在問(wèn)卷調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析。結(jié)果表明,感知有用性、感知易用性、信息質(zhì)量顯著影響學(xué)術(shù)用戶使用態(tài)度,移動(dòng)設(shè)備可用性和信息服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)權(quán)限都不同程度地影響了學(xué)術(shù)用戶的感知易用性,用戶學(xué)歷對(duì)用戶使用態(tài)度影響明顯,信息服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)環(huán)境也是影響用戶使用態(tài)度的重要因素,模型對(duì)于移動(dòng)用戶學(xué)術(shù)采納行為影響因素具有較好的解釋度。
[Abstract]:On the basis of analyzing the current research situation at home and abroad, based on the relevant theories of information science, economics, behavior science and so on, based on the model of technology acceptance, this paper introduces the availability of mobile devices, the authority of information service institutions, the educational structure of users, the quality of information. In this paper, a mobile user's academic adoption model is constructed, and the influence relationship between the variables is analyzed, and the hypothesis is put forward. On the basis of questionnaire investigation, empirical analysis is carried out through structural equation model. The results show that perceived usefulness, perceived usability, and information quality significantly affect the attitude of academic users, and the usability of mobile devices and the authority of information services institutions affect the perceived usability of academic users to varying degrees. User education has a significant impact on the user's use attitude, and the information service organization environment is also an important factor affecting the user's use attitude. The model has a good explanation for the mobile users' academic adoption behavior factors.
