【摘要】：【目的/意義】本研究旨在探討我國企業(yè)跨國并購中知識轉(zhuǎn)移影響因素、實現(xiàn)機制及過程模型。【方法/過程】分別從知識輸入和知識輸出視角分析跨國并購中知識轉(zhuǎn)移的主要影響因素,闡述組織忘記和組織學(xué)習(xí)協(xié)同作用下的知識轉(zhuǎn)移實現(xiàn)機制,并創(chuàng)造性地構(gòu)建跨國并購中知識轉(zhuǎn)移的過程模型�！窘Y(jié)果/結(jié)論】揭示了跨國并購中知識轉(zhuǎn)移的內(nèi)在機理,為我國企業(yè)通過跨國并購獲取異質(zhì)性知識資源提供理論依據(jù)和啟示。
[Abstract]:[objective / significance] the purpose of this study is to explore the influencing factors of knowledge transfer in cross-border M & A of Chinese enterprises. The realization mechanism and process model. [method / process] from the perspective of knowledge input and knowledge output, this paper analyzes the main influencing factors of knowledge transfer in cross-border M & A, and expounds the realization mechanism of knowledge transfer under the synergy of organizational forgetting and organizational learning. And the process model of knowledge transfer in transnational M & A is constructed creatively. [results / conclusions] reveal the internal mechanism of knowledge transfer in cross-border M & A, and provide theoretical basis and inspiration for Chinese enterprises to acquire heterogeneous knowledge resources through cross-border M & A.
