中英文量詞認知透視

本文采用概念隱喻、概念整合、概念轉(zhuǎn)喻、意象圖式、范疇化、凸顯觀以及理想化認知模式這些認知語言學理論研究中英文量詞,關注其形成與特殊用法的認知理據(jù),也探討了認知語法中的量詞相關問題。 作為漢語中獨有的詞類,量詞理所當然吸引了學者的注意,不同于中文的是,英文中的量詞并不作為一個詞類獨立于語法中,因此關于中文量詞的英文對應物,在權威語法書中存在紛繁復雜的術語和分類。在第一章簡要的概述之后,第二章“文獻綜述”首先重點概述了國內(nèi)外學者對中文量詞所做的研究,其次,對英文量詞的各種術語的轄域進行了具體詳細的整理,通過定義以及例舉,歸納總結出它們的相同、相異與相互重疊之處,以期對英文量詞的研究范疇奠定基礎。同時,種種比較的結果告訴我們,Partitives強調(diào)的是部分與整體的關系,并且指代結構,而非詞類;Quantifiers的范疇主要是量化指示語,諸如all, both, any等等,與中文量詞只有少部分類似于bags of, lots of, a bunch of這樣在認知語法中被認為是已經(jīng)語法化了的邊緣重疊;Unit Nouns或者species nouns等等以noun結尾的術語,顯而易見地仍...
