　　沖突話語是一種十分普遍而且相對(duì)復(fù)雜的語言現(xiàn)象,它頻繁發(fā)生在日常交流中。很多研究者已經(jīng)對(duì)沖突話語做出了大量和廣泛的調(diào)查,目前主要集中在人類學(xué)、社會(huì)學(xué)、心理學(xué)和語言學(xué)等領(lǐng)域,但是從語用學(xué)角度考察沖突話語的文章很少。 本文試圖引進(jìn)Verscheren的語言順應(yīng)論,并以此為框架深入探討引起沖突話語的原因。根據(jù)Verscheren的理論,語言的使用是一個(gè)不斷進(jìn)行選擇的過程,語言使用者只有在交際過程中不斷對(duì)語境做出動(dòng)態(tài)順應(yīng),才能完成交際目的。人們在交際過程中需要對(duì)三個(gè)方面做出適應(yīng)：物理世界、社交世界和精神世界。本文認(rèn)為沖突話語之所以產(chǎn)生是因?yàn)榻浑H雙方忽視了對(duì)物理世界中時(shí)間、地點(diǎn)及非語言因素的順應(yīng),對(duì)社交世界中文化價(jià)值、信仰、交際規(guī)則等的順應(yīng),或者是忽視了對(duì)心理世界中認(rèn)知和情緒等的順應(yīng)。這些都是引發(fā)話語沖突的重要原因。 作者認(rèn)為只有詳細(xì)了解沖突的原因,才更有利于沖突的緩解和解決,對(duì)人們提高交際能力、和諧交往有一定的指導(dǎo)作用。所以本文不但對(duì)話語沖突的理論研究方面做出了新的嘗試,而且在指導(dǎo)人們化解沖突方面也有一定積極意義。但是一次沖突話語的發(fā)生可能是多方面因素共同引起的,如情緒、認(rèn)知和文化等,所以對(duì)沖突...
