中國語言服務(wù)企業(yè)機器翻譯與譯后編輯使用情況調(diào)研報告

全球化與大數(shù)據(jù)時代,語言服務(wù)市場迅速增長,海量化的市場需求為語言服務(wù)企業(yè)帶來了挑戰(zhàn)。同時,隨著人工智能技術(shù)的進步,機器翻譯發(fā)展迅猛,其效率和質(zhì)量大大提高,也為語言服務(wù)企業(yè)帶來了機遇。在新時代,中國語言服務(wù)企業(yè)應(yīng)該如何把握機遇、應(yīng)對挑戰(zhàn)?這是一個值得探討的問題。在研究現(xiàn)狀方面,作者發(fā)現(xiàn),相比國外研究,目前國內(nèi)針對語言服務(wù)企業(yè)機器翻譯與譯后編輯應(yīng)用情況的調(diào)查還不夠深入,主要從行業(yè)層面考察機器翻譯的市場占有率以及企業(yè)使用率,而沒有涉及企業(yè)對機器翻譯和譯后編輯的使用偏好、評價、建議和期望等細節(jié),也沒有分析有哪些因素可能影響具體使用情況。因此,作為對現(xiàn)有研究的補充,本調(diào)研以在線問卷形式調(diào)查了218家中國語言服務(wù)企業(yè)對于機器翻譯與譯后編輯的認知情況、使用情況和未來期望。通過分析問卷數(shù)據(jù),作者發(fā)現(xiàn),機器翻譯在中國語言服務(wù)企業(yè)中普遍得到認可和使用;同時,企業(yè)的經(jīng)營性質(zhì)、人員規(guī)模和業(yè)務(wù)特點等因素對于其機器翻譯使用可能存在影響。調(diào)研還反映出了一些問題,即機器翻譯質(zhì)量有待提升、定制化機器翻譯用戶較少、譯后編輯模式不夠普及。針對這些問題,作者從行業(yè)、高校和譯者三個層面提供了針對性的建議,希望機器翻譯與譯后編輯...
