英漢給予概念與給予句的生成與擴展對比研究

  給予概念是人們對給予事件進行概念化的結(jié)果。國內(nèi)外不同語言學派的語言學家對英漢語中與“給予”有關(guān)的語言現(xiàn)象做了很多研究和比較,主要成果有結(jié)構(gòu)主義關(guān)于雙及物結(jié)構(gòu)的研究,生成語法關(guān)于雙賓結(jié)構(gòu)的研究和構(gòu)式語法關(guān)于雙及物構(gòu)式的研究。已有研究主要是對這類語言現(xiàn)象本身進行分析比較,沒有論及這類語言現(xiàn)象的生成。本文從認知語言學的經(jīng)驗觀出發(fā),以原型范疇理論、概念化理論、以及隱喻和轉(zhuǎn)喻理論為指導,對英漢兩種語言中給予概念和給予句的生成與擴展進行了對比研究。給予是人類彼此互動和同大自然互動的一種最基本的方式,是客觀世界事物之間普遍存在的關(guān)系和人類經(jīng)驗體系的一部分?陀^世界中的給予事件經(jīng)隱喻投射在人類的概念世界中生成“給予者通過給予行為給予接受者以給予物”這一給予概念。給予概念是一個原型范疇,其原型是對物理性給予事件的概念化,其非原型是對非物理性給予事件的概念化。給予概念的核心是給予行為,它決定著范疇成員的性質(zhì)。據(jù)此,原型給予概念是“給予者通過物理性給予行為給予接受者以給予物,非原型給予概念是“給予者通過非物理性給予行為給予接受者以給予物”。非原型給予概念是原型給予概念擴展的結(jié)果,其擴展的主要認知機制是隱喻。...
