語言與權(quán)力的關(guān)系一直都是語言學(xué)家感興趣的問題,近年來更是趨向?qū)W科間的交叉研究,但在學(xué)術(shù)界,話語權(quán)和警察訊問相聯(lián)系的研究并不多。然而警察在訊問中經(jīng)常運用話語權(quán)控制整個訊問過程,以期在有限的時間里掌握最詳實的犯罪供述。因此,對警察訊問中話語權(quán)的研究很有必要。本文采用社會學(xué)理論及語用學(xué)理論,對警察訊問中的話語權(quán)進(jìn)行研究。本文的分析框架來源于French和Raven的社會權(quán)力基礎(chǔ)理論與Verschueren的順應(yīng)論的有機結(jié)合。本項研究通過描述分析法、訪談法等研究方法,旨在分析警察話語權(quán)的使用情況,以及權(quán)力在語言及非語言行為上的表現(xiàn)。本文首先以French和Raven（1959）的社會權(quán)力基礎(chǔ)理論為描述工具,分類描述了所搜集的真實案例中訊問者話語權(quán)的使用情況。語料中的警察權(quán)力體現(xiàn)了該理論中的法定權(quán)力、獎賞權(quán)力、強制權(quán)力、參照權(quán)力、專家權(quán)力和信息權(quán)力,共六種社會權(quán)力,并且作者通過實證數(shù)據(jù)展示每種權(quán)力使用的頻率。然后,通過對語料的分析發(fā)現(xiàn)了兩種不同的訊問方式——強化權(quán)力和弱化權(quán)力。繼而,作者從語言和非語言兩個維度詮釋了訊問者話語權(quán)的強化與弱化。最后,以Verschueren的順應(yīng)論為分析工具,論述了...
