　　沖突話語(yǔ)廣泛存在于人際交往中,是一個(gè)普遍而復(fù)雜的社會(huì)現(xiàn)象。言談互動(dòng)中,說(shuō)話人的斷言、批評(píng)、指責(zé)、指使、質(zhì)問(wèn)、反問(wèn)、猜疑等可能引發(fā)聽(tīng)話人的對(duì)撞性回應(yīng),即往往導(dǎo)致對(duì)方的不友好的爭(zhēng)論、爭(zhēng)吵、爭(zhēng)執(zhí)、反對(duì)、反駁等的話語(yǔ),我們稱之為沖突性話語(yǔ)。也就是說(shuō),交談雙方就某事物的觀點(diǎn)、態(tài)度、認(rèn)識(shí)、意見(jiàn)不一致而映射到話語(yǔ)上的相沖突。最早國(guó)外學(xué)者多集中在辯論沖突話語(yǔ)的研究上,國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)沖突話語(yǔ)的研究隊(duì)伍不斷壯大,研究成果豐碩,角度也逐漸多樣化。在此,我們從語(yǔ)用學(xué)的角度出發(fā),分析探討家庭矛盾引發(fā)的沖突話語(yǔ)。本文主要采用了實(shí)證研究方法中的定性和定量研究方法,語(yǔ)料主要來(lái)源于東方衛(wèi)視每周一到周五晚播出的《幸福魔方》心理訪談節(jié)幕,該欄目主要是通過(guò)家庭問(wèn)題的銀屏再現(xiàn),由我們作為“第三方”的介入或參與來(lái)協(xié)調(diào)并幫助當(dāng)事人處理解決家庭糾紛的談話類節(jié)目。我們將對(duì)其真實(shí)語(yǔ)料進(jìn)行適當(dāng)?shù)霓D(zhuǎn)寫(xiě)歸納,運(yùn)用Scollon的語(yǔ)篇系統(tǒng)（discourse system）分析總結(jié)引發(fā)家庭沖突的主要原因,主要涉及到性別語(yǔ)篇系統(tǒng)和代際語(yǔ)篇系統(tǒng)下的不同人際關(guān)系之間的矛盾誘因；在此基礎(chǔ)上概括了沖突話語(yǔ)的六種常見(jiàn)的表現(xiàn)形式：爭(zhēng)論式、非順從式、反對(duì)、打斷或重疊...
