國際工程師外語能力培養(yǎng)模式探索

【摘要】:在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化和高等教育國際化背景下,我國經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展對國際化人才培養(yǎng)的需求日益迫切。本文在述評美國普渡大學(xué)工程師聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)的理念與目標(biāo)、外語課程設(shè)計(jì)、課程教學(xué)、交流實(shí)踐與教學(xué)評估等的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合我國工程人才外語能力培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀及趨勢,提出了國際工程師外語能力培養(yǎng)模式。這一培養(yǎng)模式主要包括建立多方合作平臺和構(gòu)建基于"全球化素養(yǎng)"的外語課程三維模型,旨在培養(yǎng)具有外語應(yīng)用能力、工程技術(shù)素養(yǎng)和跨文化交際能力的國際工程人才。
[Abstract]:Under the background of economic globalization and internationalization of higher education, the demand for the cultivation of internationalized talents in the economic and social development of our country is becoming more and more urgent. On the basis of reviewing the concept and goal of joint training of engineers in Purdue University in the United States, foreign language curriculum design, curriculum teaching, communication practice and teaching evaluation, and combining with the present situation and trend of foreign language ability training for engineering talents in China, this paper puts forward a foreign language ability training model for international engineers. This training model mainly includes the establishment of multi-party cooperation platform and the construction of a three-dimensional model of foreign language curriculum based on "globalization literacy". The purpose of this training model is to cultivate international engineering talents with foreign language application ability, engineering technology literacy and intercultural communication ability.
