【摘要】：韓國的學術研究水平在非英語國家中處于領先地位。在科學技術領域,韓國許多學術期刊都用英語編刊并被國際頂級學術索引收錄。韓語在科技領域地位堪憂,影響到韓語期刊的存續(xù),部分學者對此表示憂慮,并開始呼吁在科技領域增加母語使用。相對而言,韓國人文社科類期刊國際化程度較低,韓國政府試圖采取政策,對英文期刊進行重點資助,但該政策遭到學界強烈抵制,很多學者認為這種資助行為會損害國內(nèi)學術研究秩序,不應將學術水平與英語論文直接掛鉤。韓國的經(jīng)驗教訓對我國有一定的參考價值。
[Abstract]:South Korea has a leading level of academic research in non-English speaking countries. In the field of science and technology, many Korean academic journals are published in English and indexed by international top academic indexes. Some scholars have expressed concern about the status of Korean in the field of science and technology, which has affected the survival of Korean periodicals, and have begun to call for increasing the use of their mother tongue in the field of science and technology. Relatively speaking, the degree of internationalization of Korean humanities and social sciences journals is relatively low. The Korean government has tried to adopt a policy to give priority to English journals, but this policy has been strongly resisted by the academic community. Many scholars believe that this kind of subsidy will damage the order of academic research in China and should not be directly linked to English papers. The experience and lessons of Korea have certain reference value to our country.
