門診中醫(yī)生重復(fù)語的會話分析
[Abstract]:Discourse plays an important role in doctor-patient communication and has attracted more and more scholars' attention in recent years. The whole process of diagnosis and treatment in the communication between doctors and patients is dominated by discourse communication. Doctor-patient conversation is a special institutional discourse with unique purpose and function. The effectiveness of the dialogue is directly related to the relationship between the doctor and the patient, thus affecting the outcome and satisfaction of the patient. In doctor-patient conversation, the phenomenon of doctors repeating their own or patient's narratives occurs from time to time. Therefore, this paper collected about 30 hours of language data from two third Class A hospitals in Zhejiang Province, and analyzed the characteristics and functions of doctors' repetition from the perspective of sentence function types. By analyzing the corpus, we find that doctors mainly use four kinds of repetition: confirmative repetition, interpretive repetition, interrogative repetition and directive repetition, so as to communicate with the patients. The functions of a doctor's repetition can be classified into four categories: emphasis, approval, interpretation, and confirmation. First, the doctor's repeated emphasis is mainly to attract the patient's attention and thus comply with the doctor's advice. Second, doctors'approval of patient's words is mainly to reduce the tension and build trust relationship between the two sides. Thirdly, the doctor's explanation helps to ease the tension between the doctor and the patient and to make the patient more confident and courageous. Fourth, the repeated confirmation of the doctor can ensure the accuracy of the information transmitted between the doctor and the patient, so as to put forward the correct treatment plan. Finally, the analysis results show that the use of doctor repetition in doctor-patient clinic conversation is helpful for doctors to grasp the patient's condition in time, to appease the nervous mood of the patient, and also to understand the patient's condition. So as to promote the smooth progress of doctor-patient communication.
