[Abstract]:Jia Changye, a researcher at Ningxia Academy of Social Sciences, who wrote the Xixia language and characters monograph, published by Gansu Culture Publishing House in July 2017. As a national character used after the establishment of Xixia in the 11-13 th century, the Xixia language has the characteristics of character orthography, phonetic form and sound, peculiar grammar and profound meaning.
