【摘要】："令"一詞的本義是動(dòng)詞。但早在產(chǎn)生不久的甲骨文時(shí)期其詞義就有所擴(kuò)展,有了名詞的含義,特指天子所下的書面命令。而在金文中,其法律文書的意義就更加明確了。到了秦漢時(shí)期,作為法律文書名詞,它已經(jīng)開始應(yīng)用到社會(huì)的很多方面。兩晉時(shí)期,"令"又開始轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榉ǖ漕愇臅~。此后除元代外,"令"作為法律文書名詞在社會(huì)上有很高的使用頻率。
[Abstract]:The original meaning of the word "Ling" is a verb. But as early as the oracle bone inscription, the meaning of the word has been expanded, with the meaning of nouns, especially the written orders given by the son of Heaven. In the Jin text, the meaning of its legal documents is more clear. By the Qin and Han dynasties, as a legal noun, it has been applied to many aspects of society. During the Jin Dynasty, "Ling" began to change into a code of clerical noun. In addition to the Yuan Dynasty, Ling, as a legal instrument, has a high frequency of use in the society.
