【摘要】：本研究采用"重要他人"觀點,探討"重要他人"如何解決他們必須有效執(zhí)行其反對意見的"交際難題"?研究發(fā)現(xiàn),為了解決必須有效執(zhí)行其反對意見的"交際難題",本研究"重要他人"并未直接運用"重要他人"此一"身份"來影響交談對象的態(tài)度;相對地,"重要他人"使用較少"高控制語言"、較多"低控制語言",同時也避免使用太多"單一間接反對策略"。上述研究結(jié)果突顯"重要他人"觀點,在探討"重要他人"如何有效執(zhí)行反對行動議題上的理論性與實務(wù)性價值。
[Abstract]:This study adopts the viewpoint of "important others" to explore how "important others" can solve the "communication problems" that they must effectively carry out their dissenting opinions. It is found that in order to solve the "communication problems" which must be effectively implemented, the "important others" do not directly use the "important others" to influence the attitude of the subjects. In contrast, "important others" use fewer "high-control languages", more "low-control languages", and avoid using too many "single indirect opposition strategies". These findings highlight the theoretical and practical value of "important others" in exploring how "important others" can effectively implement the issue of opposing action.
