【摘要】：本文探討中國(guó)法庭審判中打斷現(xiàn)象與性別之間的關(guān)系。研究對(duì)象主要為法官、公訴人和律師這些從法人員。我們分別從打斷數(shù)量、打斷原因、打斷位置和打斷模式四個(gè)方面探討這個(gè)問(wèn)題,目的是更深入地揭示打斷與性別這一現(xiàn)象,從而幫助改善法庭審判交際,更好地實(shí)現(xiàn)司法正義。
[Abstract]:This paper explores the relationship between the phenomenon of interruption and gender in court trials in China. The subjects of this study are judges, prosecutors and lawyers. We discuss this problem from four aspects: the quantity, the reason, the position and the pattern of interruption, in order to reveal the phenomenon of interruption and gender more deeply, and to help improve the judicial communication and realize the justice of justice.
