【摘要】：翻譯項目風險與翻譯項目成本、收益密切相關(guān)。隨著項目風險的增大,翻譯項目的成本投入會增加,翻譯項目效益的輸出則相應(yīng)減少。但現(xiàn)有的項目風險研究文獻對翻譯項目風險的系統(tǒng)度量研究不多。本文將定性與定量研究方法相結(jié)合,建立基于WBS-RBS的翻譯項目風險評價指標體系,并引入ANP決策法,經(jīng)綜合考慮上層元素對下層元素的支配作用及元素集、元素之間的相互影響,確定翻譯項目風險因子的權(quán)重后,構(gòu)建了基于ANP的翻譯項目風險評價模型�；诖�,實證研究翻譯項目風險,驗證該決策法的實用性。
[Abstract]:The risk of translation project is closely related to the cost and benefit of translation project. With the increase of project risk, the cost of translation project will increase, and the output of translation project benefit will be reduced accordingly. However, there are few studies on systematic measurement of translation project risk in existing project risk research literature. In this paper, the qualitative and quantitative research methods are combined to establish the risk evaluation index system of translation projects based on WBS-RBS, and the ANP decision method is introduced. After determining the weight of translation project risk factors, an ANP-based translation project risk assessment model is constructed. Based on this, the empirical study of translation project risk, to verify the practicability of the decision-making method.
