【摘要】：南海問題是中國與南海周邊國家關(guān)系中一個重要問題。近幾年來南海爭端愈演愈烈,這種趨勢與我國國家利益背道而馳。有關(guān)南海爭端的官方話語不僅引導(dǎo)著國內(nèi)輿論導(dǎo)向,更是向國際社會傳遞我國政府立場和態(tài)度的最重要渠道,對于我國在南海爭端中占據(jù)話語主動權(quán)起著關(guān)鍵作用。文章主體部分首先對不同的官方話語進行分類,從評價理論入手,分析官方話語話語所體現(xiàn)出來的情感和態(tài)度;緊接著分析官方話語的介入系統(tǒng),探究如何利用介入資源與聽眾進行協(xié)商進而實現(xiàn)評價性和說服性;然后,分析官方話語的級差系統(tǒng),結(jié)合語用學(xué)相關(guān)理論分析官方話語態(tài)度的強弱。結(jié)語部分通過得到的研究數(shù)據(jù),結(jié)合南海問題發(fā)展的不同狀況,對官方話語在其話語主題、詞匯選擇進行研究,同時分析不同時期的歷時變化總結(jié)出有關(guān)南海爭端官方話語的話語模式,同時為中國在南海爭端中爭取話語主動權(quán)提出相關(guān)建議。通過對官方話語進行的系統(tǒng)分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)評價理論在中態(tài)度系統(tǒng)使用的頻率最高,其次是介入和級差;整體上看,肯定的態(tài)度資源使用大于否定,只有外交部發(fā)言人這一官方話語類別中,否定的評價多于肯定的評價;有關(guān)的官方話語使用的語用策略一直以來基本沒有變化。
[Abstract]:The issue of the South China Sea is an important issue in the relations between China and the neighboring countries in the South China Sea. In recent years, the South China Sea dispute intensified, this trend runs counter to our national interests. The official discourse about the South China Sea dispute not only guides the domestic public opinion, but also conveys the position and attitude of our government to the international community. It plays a key role in the discourse initiative of our country in the South China Sea dispute. The main part of the article first classifies the different official discourse, analyzes the emotion and attitude of the official discourse from the evaluation theory, and then analyzes the intervention system of the official discourse. This paper explores how to use the intervention resources to negotiate with the audience in order to achieve evaluation and persuasion; then analyzes the differential system of official discourse and analyzes the strength and weakness of official discourse attitude combined with the relevant theories of pragmatics. In the conclusion part, according to the research data and the different development situation of the South China Sea problem, the author studies the topic of official discourse and the choice of vocabulary. At the same time, it analyzes the diachronic changes in different periods and summarizes the discourse patterns of the official discourse of the South China Sea dispute, and puts forward some relevant suggestions for China to fight for the discourse initiative in the South China Sea dispute. Through the systematic analysis of official discourse, it is found that the evaluation theory is the most frequently used in the medium attitude system, followed by intervention and difference. On the whole, the positive attitude resources are used more than the negative ones. Only in the official discourse category of Foreign Ministry spokesman, the negative comments are more than the positive ones, and the pragmatic strategies used in official discourse have remained unchanged.
