【摘要】：隨著中國國際影響力的增強,中文的影響力也逐步提高,非洲的各個國家都建立了孔子學院,以推廣中華文化和普通話為辦學的主要目標。馬拉維孔子學院建于2016年,因中馬關系并不像中國與其他非洲國家那樣長久,外事往來中由于文化差異,馬拉維人民和中國人民之間仍會出現(xiàn)誤會,因而推廣中華文化是極其必要的,這將有助于拉近中國和馬拉維之間的關系。文化和語言的關系密不可分,因此了解一個國家的語言的同時也需要了解這個國家的文化。文化,簡而言之,是人類所創(chuàng)造的物質(zhì)財富與精神財富的總和,其中包括人民的藝術,科學,飲食,傳統(tǒng)風俗,生活方式,思維方式等等,是個很寬泛的概念。習語反映某種文化,而在文化方面上,飲食文化作為人類生活中最基本的需求,是文化的重要組成部分,而中國飲食文化又是世界最有名的飲食文化之一。筆者作為一名馬拉維留學生,在學習漢語過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)習語是學習漢語最有吸引力的方面之一。筆者發(fā)現(xiàn)許多論文在對中國習語和英語習語進行比較,所以筆者想就漢語習語和齊切瓦語習語進行比較,這個方面的研究暫時還較少,本文希望從飲食文化角度來比較一些常用的兩國習語,以期對消除兩國文化誤解做出微薄的貢獻。筆者通過文獻調(diào)查法,參考前人研究過的相關文本的內(nèi)容為依據(jù)(馬拉維和中國對習語和食物文化的研究)。將介紹與食物文化相關的中文習語和齊切瓦語習語,介紹習語的意義和翻譯,陳述與中國和馬拉維食物文化相關的一些習語的表達以及說明兩國習語之間的相似性和差異。筆者希望通過本文可以對在馬拉維進行中文教學的老師們起到借鑒意義,使其可以更好地了解中國和馬拉維食物文化之間的相似性和差異性以及兩種文化習語的含義。這將有助于他們更好地掌握中國文化,同時從飲食文化入手,能增加學習的趣味性,使學習過程更加生動。
[Abstract]:With the strengthening of China's international influence and the increasing influence of Chinese, various countries in Africa have established Confucius Institutes with the main aim of promoting Chinese culture and Mandarin. The Confucius Institute in Malawi was established in 2016, because Sino-Malaysian relations are not as long as those of China and other African countries, and there will still be misunderstandings between the Malawian and Chinese people due to cultural differences in foreign affairs. Therefore, the promotion of Chinese culture is extremely necessary, which will help bring closer relations between China and Malawi. Culture and language are inextricably linked, so it is necessary to know the language of a country as well as the culture of that country. Culture, in short, is the sum of material and spiritual wealth created by human beings, including people's art, science, diet, traditional customs, ways of life, ways of thinking, and so on. It is a very broad concept. Idioms reflect a certain culture, and in terms of culture, food culture, as the most basic need of human life, is an important part of culture, and Chinese diet culture is one of the most famous food culture in the world. As a Malawian student, the author finds that idioms are one of the most attractive aspects of learning Chinese. The author finds that many papers are comparing Chinese idioms with English idioms, so the author wants to compare Chinese idioms with Qicheva idioms. This paper hopes to compare some common idioms from the point of view of diet culture in order to make a modest contribution to the elimination of cultural misunderstanding between the two countries. Based on the literature survey, the author refers to the contents of the relevant texts studied by the predecessors (Malawi and China's studies on idioms and food culture). It will introduce Chinese idioms and Chichiwa idioms related to food culture, introduce the meaning and translation of idioms, state the expressions of some idioms related to Chinese and Malawian food cultures, and explain the similarities and differences between the two countries' idioms. The author hopes that this paper can serve as a reference for the Chinese teachers in Malawi so that they can better understand the similarities and differences between Chinese and Malawian food cultures and the meanings of the idioms of the two cultures. This will help them to master Chinese culture better, at the same time, from the food culture, can increase the interest of learning, make the learning process more vivid.
