【摘要】："■"是一個(gè)在中國(guó)文獻(xiàn)失載的漢字,但是在古代朝鮮的漢語(yǔ)讀本《樸通事》中有用例,根據(jù)其中的諺文注音和釋義說明""字的讀音是zan,是一種肉湯汆蛋的烹飪方法。
