【摘要】：前人在研究現(xiàn)代漢語詞匯的過程中發(fā)現(xiàn),詞匯既有字面意義,也有隱喻意義和轉(zhuǎn)喻意義。飲食詞語作為現(xiàn)代漢語詞匯的重要組成部分,同樣如此。這些飲食詞語,在內(nèi)部語義構(gòu)成上有一定的特點(diǎn)。本文將以飲食詞語中產(chǎn)生隱喻和轉(zhuǎn)喻用法的部分為研究對(duì)象,共收集到相關(guān)語料230余條。首先,本文就所有收集到的產(chǎn)生隱喻和轉(zhuǎn)喻用法的飲食詞語從源域上分成六類,再按照每類中具體的來源進(jìn)行細(xì)分。其次,從目標(biāo)域的角度將這些已經(jīng)產(chǎn)生隱喻和轉(zhuǎn)喻用法的飲食詞語分成四大類,每一大類下面再進(jìn)行細(xì)分。之后,以認(rèn)知語言學(xué)的心理空間和概念整合理論、生成詞庫和物性角色理論為基礎(chǔ),進(jìn)一步考察了產(chǎn)生隱喻和轉(zhuǎn)喻用法的飲食詞語的語義建構(gòu)和認(rèn)知機(jī)制。根據(jù)突顯物性角色的不同,從突顯形式角色、突顯構(gòu)成角色、突顯功用角色和突顯施成角色這四個(gè)角度進(jìn)行描述分類。最后,又從單純名詞類、動(dòng)名/形名+名詞類、形名類和動(dòng)名類這四個(gè)角度,以概念整合和物性結(jié)構(gòu)的雜合分析模式對(duì)產(chǎn)生隱喻和轉(zhuǎn)喻用法的飲食詞語進(jìn)行分析,探討這些詞語的內(nèi)部語義生成機(jī)制。同時(shí),本文還對(duì)概念整合過程中突顯的各個(gè)物性角色的比例進(jìn)行了統(tǒng)計(jì),發(fā)現(xiàn)這在一定程度上體現(xiàn)了人們認(rèn)識(shí)世界、理解世界的方式,也說明了飲食詞語的命名與人們感知、心理、思維以及對(duì)外界的認(rèn)知方式有著非常重要的關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:In the course of studying the vocabulary of modern Chinese, our predecessors found that words have both literal meaning, metaphorical meaning and metonymy meaning. As an important part of modern Chinese vocabulary, the same is true of these dietary words. There are some characteristics in the internal semantic structure. In this paper, more than 230 related corpus are collected from the part of the diet words which produce metaphor and metonymy usage. In this paper, all the food words which produce metaphor and metonymy usage are divided into six categories from the source domain, and then subdivided according to the specific sources in each category. Secondly, From the perspective of target domain, these dietary words which have already produced metonymy and metonymy usage are divided into four categories, each of which is subdivided under each category. Then, the psychological space and conceptual integration theory of cognitive linguistics are used. Based on the generative lexicon and the theory of transitive role, the semantic construction and cognitive mechanism of the dietary words that produce metaphor and metonymy are further investigated. Finally, from the four angles of pure noun class, verb name / form name noun class, form name class and verb name class, In this paper, the conceptual integration and heterozygosity analysis of transitive structures are used to analyze the metaphorical and metonymy usage of dietary words, and to explore the internal semantic generation mechanism of these words. This paper also makes statistics on the proportion of various material roles highlighted in the process of conceptual integration, and finds that to a certain extent it reflects the way people understand the world and the way they understand the world. It also explains the naming of dietary words and the perception and psychology of people. There is a very important relationship between thinking and the cognitive style of the outside world.
