【摘要】:隨著海外漢語推廣事業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展,國家漢辦每年派出的志愿者也在迅速增加,漢語教師志愿者們用自己辛勤的汗水和無私的奉獻(xiàn)給各國人民留下了美好的印象,被稱為“來自中國的天使”、“最可愛的人”。然而目前對(duì)外漢語教學(xué)界關(guān)于漢語教師志愿者的研究多集中在項(xiàng)目的整體實(shí)施情況、漢語教學(xué)情況以及如何提高志愿者的整體業(yè)務(wù)素質(zhì)上,關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)主要還是在教學(xué)法方面;有關(guān)他們?cè)诤M獾纳、工作狀況的研究還不多,特別是從心理學(xué)角度開展的深入細(xì)致的研究就更少了。此外,漢語教師志愿者的主力軍是剛剛畢業(yè)的大學(xué)生或是在讀的研究生,他們都未曾真正踏入過社會(huì),缺少實(shí)際的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)和教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn),溝通技巧和人際交往能力也較差。從崗位要求來看,海外任教,工作量大且課程種類多,并且國外的一些教學(xué)理念和國內(nèi)的不同,很多東西都需要重新學(xué)習(xí),這對(duì)志愿者提出了更高的要求,也大大加重了志愿者的負(fù)擔(dān)。最后,在我們的文化中,主動(dòng)向別人尋求心理上的幫助是一件很困難的事情。公開或主動(dòng)承認(rèn)自己心理出現(xiàn)了問題被認(rèn)為是很丟臉的事,所以大多數(shù)人在遇到心理問題時(shí)都會(huì)選擇沉默。尚明霞(2012)對(duì)赴泰國志愿者的調(diào)查研究中發(fā)現(xiàn),有部分志愿者存在不適應(yīng)的情況,具體表現(xiàn)在:2%的志愿者希望終止志愿者工作提前回國,5%的志愿者教師對(duì)泰國文化不適應(yīng),1-2%的志愿者有一定心理問題。世界衛(wèi)生組織早在1948年的成立宣言中就明確指出:“健康是指身體上、心理上和社會(huì)適應(yīng)上的完滿狀態(tài),而不僅是沒有疾病和虛弱現(xiàn)象!苯陙頋h語志愿者教師在海外的生活狀況及待遇都有了很大的提高,這樣可以很好地保障志愿者身體上的健康,但漢語志愿者教師在心理上和社會(huì)適應(yīng)方面仍會(huì)遇到很多的困難,尤其心理上的問題還具有內(nèi)隱性,往往是“當(dāng)局者迷”,當(dāng)事人經(jīng)常身陷其中而又不能自知。雖然在選拔漢語志愿者教師時(shí)有心理測(cè)試的環(huán)節(jié),在派出前可以確保志愿者教師的心理狀況都是正常且良好的,但是,派出后卻沒有心理方面的持續(xù)關(guān)注。心理方面的問題不僅影響教學(xué)和志愿者在海外的生活,并且有可能對(duì)志愿者造成長期的負(fù)面影響。本研究以2013年赴韓CPIK漢語志愿者教師為研究對(duì)象,旨在探究志愿者教師在海外工作時(shí)的心理狀況以及與之相關(guān)的外界因素。研究通過問卷調(diào)查法、訪談法和典型案例分析法對(duì)26位赴韓志愿者教師進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)與搭檔老師相處的融洽度、社會(huì)支持和自我認(rèn)知三個(gè)因素對(duì)志愿者教師的心理狀況影響最大;相似經(jīng)歷和生活工作環(huán)境也有一定的影響,但作用不如前三者大;語言能力與心理狀況呈相反的關(guān)系。這一研究有助于漢語志愿者教師更好地適應(yīng)海外的生活和完成教學(xué)任務(wù),對(duì)漢語志愿者教師的海外管理也有一定的參考價(jià)值;同時(shí),也可為志愿者教師的培訓(xùn)提供建議,增強(qiáng)培訓(xùn)的針對(duì)性。

In addition, the main force of the Chinese volunteer teachers are just graduated from college or graduate students in reading, they are not really stepping into society Will the lack of practical work experience and teaching experience, communication skills and interpersonal skills are poor. From the job requirements, teach overseas, heavy workload and the types of courses, and some foreign and domestic different teaching ideas, a lot of things need to learn, it puts forward higher requirements for the volunteers, but also greatly increased the burden of the volunteers. Finally, in our culture, the initiative to seek psychological help is a very difficult thing. Or publicly admit their psychological problems is considered to be a very shameful thing, so most people suffering from mental health problems will choose silence. Shang Mingxia (2012 investigation on to Thailand) found that volunteers, some volunteers are not suited to the situation, the specific performance in: 2% volunteers to end the volunteer work and go home early, on 5% volunteer teachers Thailand culture does not adapt, 1-2% volunteers have certain psychological problems. In recent years, the Chinese volunteer teachers in the overseas life status and treatment have been greatly improved, it can well protect the volunteers on physical health, but the Chinese volunteer teachers in the mental and social adaptation will still encounter many difficulties, especially psychological problems with implicit, often is" the parties involved Those closely involved cannot see clearly. ", often without knowing it. Although there are the psychological test link in the selection of Chinese volunteer teachers, can be sent to the psychological status of volunteer teachers are normal and good, but never sent Sustained attention is psychological. Psychological problems not only affect the teaching and volunteers living abroad, and may cause long-term negative impact on volunteers. In this study, 2013 Korea CPIK Chinese volunteer teachers as the research object, to explore the psychological status of volunteer teachers working overseas as well as external factors related to the study. Through the questionnaire survey method, interview method and typical case analysis on the investigation of the 26 Korea volunteer teachers, found along with partner teacher's harmony, social support and self cognition in three because of psychological status of volunteer teachers influence; similar experience and life work environment also have a certain impact, but not the former three; showed the opposite relationship of language ability and psychological status. This study will help the Chinese volunteer teachers to better adapt to the overseas life And the completion of teaching tasks has a certain reference value for Chinese volunteer teachers' overseas management.
