【摘要】：在經(jīng)濟全球化、社會信息化的今天,茶文化的國際間交流更加密切,雙語教學也逐漸普及,以茶文化交流為平臺,中英雙語教學模式與手段更加完善,在中英雙語教學中引入茶文化,也成為了當前雙語教學的重要舉措。但是由于中西茶文化之間存在明顯的差異,受到這些差異的影響,中英雙語教學在手段與理念上也需要因材施教,以人為本。本文首先對中英茶文化進行比較,接著有針對性的對茶文化交流下的中英雙語教學對策進行了研究,希望能夠為相關的教育工作者提供一些建議和參考。
[Abstract]:With the globalization of economy and the information of society, the international communication of tea culture is getting closer and bilingual teaching is becoming more and more popular. With the tea culture exchange as the platform, the bilingual teaching mode and means of Chinese and English are more perfect. The introduction of tea culture in bilingual teaching in Chinese and English has also become an important measure of bilingual teaching at present, but due to the obvious differences between Chinese and Western tea culture, these differences have been affected. Bilingual teaching in Chinese and English also needs teaching in accordance with their aptitude and humanism. Firstly, this paper makes a comparison of Chinese and English tea culture, and then studies the countermeasures of bilingual teaching under the exchange of tea culture. Hope to provide some advice and reference for the relevant educators.
