【摘要】：在中泰政府的大力支持下,對外漢語教學(xué)如火如荼地在泰國興起,學(xué)習(xí)漢語的熱潮席卷泰國中小學(xué)、職校、大學(xué)、社會培訓(xùn)機構(gòu)等,漢語受到泰方各界人士的高度重視,赴泰漢語志愿者教師也隨之應(yīng)運而生。介于中泰地理、文化、語言等差異,很多赴泰志愿者教師,尤其是新手教師常感力不從心。筆者置身泰國職校教學(xué)一年的時間發(fā)現(xiàn)新手教師課堂管理較其他問題更為突出,甚至嚴重影響教學(xué)進程,因此,對泰國新手教師漢語課堂管理的研究非常重要。本研究針對課堂管理問題,通過實地教學(xué)研究,對職校新手教師課堂管理進行觀察、問卷調(diào)查、教師日志分析等,發(fā)現(xiàn)職校新手教師就學(xué)生問題行為、課堂環(huán)境、課堂氛圍、課堂規(guī)則制定等四方面的處理上存在問題,導(dǎo)致教學(xué)期間問題頻發(fā),課堂管理問題不斷。筆者分析、反思課堂管理出現(xiàn)的問題及原因,根據(jù)中外課堂管理研究及相關(guān)經(jīng)驗提出建議,以此希望幫助新手對外漢語教師解決課堂管理的實際問題。
[Abstract]:With the support of the Chinese and Thai government, the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language has risen in full swing in Thailand. The upsurge of learning Chinese has swept through Thailand's primary and secondary schools, vocational schools, universities, social training institutions and so on. Chinese is highly valued by Thai people from all walks of life, Chinese volunteer teachers to Thailand also came into being. Between Sino-Thai geography, culture, language and other differences, many volunteer teachers to Thailand. In particular, the novice teachers often feel unable to do it. After one year of teaching in Thailand vocational school, the author found that the classroom management of novice teachers is more prominent than other problems, and even seriously affects the teaching process. It is very important to study the Chinese classroom management of the novice teachers in Thailand. This study aims at the classroom management problems, through the field teaching research, to observe the classroom management of the novice teachers in vocational schools, questionnaire survey. Teachers log analysis found that the novice teachers of vocational schools on student behavior, classroom environment, classroom atmosphere, classroom rules and other four aspects of the processing of problems, resulting in frequent problems during the teaching period. The author analyzes and reflects on the problems and causes of classroom management, and puts forward some suggestions according to the research of classroom management at home and abroad and related experience. In order to help the novice TCFL to solve the practical problems of classroom management.
