【摘要】：翻譯倫理是翻譯研究中的一個重要主題。針對這一主題,翻譯界從不同的視角進行了廣泛研究,比如從譯者“忠實”,“對等”,翻譯的“目的”,翻譯中的“操控”和翻譯“規(guī)范”等角度。隨著翻譯行業(yè)的發(fā)展,更多學者開始從翻譯職業(yè)的角度出發(fā),探究譯者所擔負的職責,豐富了翻譯倫理研究范式。切斯特曼提出的五種翻譯倫理模式可以看作是翻譯職業(yè)道德研究的基石。雖然翻譯專業(yè)本科學位(BTI)教育及翻譯碩士專業(yè)學位(MTI)教育在中國迅速發(fā)展,但翻譯專業(yè)學生的職業(yè)道德教育并沒有得到學界的充分重視。因此,在切斯特曼五種翻譯倫理模式的基礎上,本研究提出了三個研究問題:第一,翻譯職業(yè)道德有哪些維度?第二,基于本研究得出的翻譯職業(yè)道德維度,當前翻譯專業(yè)學生的職業(yè)道德素養(yǎng)如何?第三,如何發(fā)展翻譯專業(yè)學生的職業(yè)道德素養(yǎng)?首先,基于切斯特曼的五種翻譯倫理模式并通過調查分析各翻譯行業(yè)協會制定的翻譯職業(yè)道德規(guī)范,該研究理清了翻譯職業(yè)道德維度,并發(fā)現在翻譯行業(yè)最重要的職業(yè)道德是值得信賴,尊重客戶利益,追求卓越,遵守公平原則。之后,研究者通過對12所大學的翻譯專業(yè)學生進行調查得出翻譯專業(yè)學生在職業(yè)道德素養(yǎng)上存在的問題。問卷分析和訪談結果顯示:69%的翻譯專業(yè)學生沒有選擇專職翻譯作為未來職業(yè),主要因為翻譯行業(yè)額薪資待遇較差;77.5%的受訪者對翻譯行業(yè)薪酬不滿;29%的受訪者會利用工作中獲得的機密信息為自己或他人謀取利益;譯者這一職業(yè)在翻譯專業(yè)學生中受尊尊敬程度不高;只有14.5%的受訪者表示自己看過或聽過某些翻譯行會制定的翻譯職業(yè)道德準則。鑒于調查結果,研究者借鑒其他學科的職業(yè)道德教育,提出了發(fā)展翻譯專業(yè)學生職業(yè)道德素養(yǎng)的途徑。本研究從學生譯者職業(yè)道德素養(yǎng)角度對翻譯倫理進行了探究,擴大了針對翻譯倫理問題的研究視角,同時本研究也反映出翻譯教學中存在不重視職業(yè)道德教育的問題,并探討了發(fā)展翻譯專業(yè)學生職業(yè)道德素養(yǎng)的途徑。
[Abstract]:Translation ethics is an important subject in translation studies, which has been extensively studied from different perspectives, such as "faithfulness", "equivalence" and "purpose" of translation. With the development of the translation industry, more and more scholars begin to explore the responsibilities of the translator from the perspective of the translation profession. It enriches the paradigm of translation ethics. The five ethical models of translation proposed by Chesterman can be regarded as the cornerstone of the study of translation ethics, although the undergraduate degree in translation is BTI). Education and Translation Master's degree (MTI) Education is developing rapidly in China. However, the professional ethics education of translation majors has not been paid enough attention by scholars. Therefore, on the basis of Chesterman's five modes of translation ethics, this study puts forward three research questions: first. What are the dimensions of professional ethics? Second, based on the translation professional ethics dimension of this study, what is the current professional ethics literacy of translation majors? Third, how to develop the professional ethics of translation majors? First of all, based on Chesterman's five translation ethics models and through the investigation and analysis of the translation professional ethics norms formulated by the translation industry associations, the study clarifies the translation professional ethics dimension. And found that the most important professional ethics in the translation industry is trustworthy, respect the interests of customers, the pursuit of excellence, abide by the principle of fairness. Through the investigation of translation majors in 12 universities, the authors find out the problems existing in the professional ethics of translation majors. The questionnaire analysis and interview results show that:. 69% of the students majoring in translation did not choose full-time translation as their future career. Mainly because of the poor salary of translation industry; 77.5% of the respondents were not satisfied with the salary of the translation industry; 29% of the respondents used confidential information obtained at work for their own benefit or for the benefit of others; The translator's profession is not highly respected among the students majoring in translation. Only 14.5% of the respondents said they had seen or heard of the professional ethics guidelines developed by some translators. Based on the results of the survey, the researchers drew on professional ethics education in other disciplines. This study explores translation ethics from the perspective of students' professional ethics and expands the perspective of translation ethics. At the same time, this study also reflects the lack of attention to professional ethics education in translation teaching, and probes into the ways to develop the professional ethics literacy of translation students.
