【摘要】：本文提出,我國經(jīng)濟(jì)相對(duì)發(fā)達(dá)的省市和地區(qū),理應(yīng)在農(nóng)村學(xué)校音樂藝術(shù)教育師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)中率先垂范。當(dāng)前,要保障現(xiàn)有師資隊(duì)伍的穩(wěn)定并著力提升水平;優(yōu)化高校音樂學(xué)(教師教育)專業(yè)的人才培養(yǎng),即優(yōu)化培養(yǎng)農(nóng)村學(xué)校音樂藝術(shù)教育師資隊(duì)伍的后續(xù)人員。普通高校強(qiáng)力推進(jìn)社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村文化建設(shè),既是履行為地方服務(wù)的重要社會(huì)職能,也是在服務(wù)中深化教學(xué)改革、創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)模式、謀求自身科學(xué)發(fā)展的正確途徑。
[Abstract]:This paper points out that the provinces, cities and regions with relatively developed economy should take the lead in the construction of music art education teachers in rural schools. At present, it is necessary to ensure the stability of the existing teaching staff and strive to improve the level; to optimize the personnel training of the music science (teacher education) specialty in colleges and universities, that is, to optimize the training of the follow-up personnel of the music art education teachers in rural schools. Promoting the construction of new socialist rural culture in colleges and universities is not only an important social function to serve the local areas, but also a correct way to deepen the teaching reform, innovate the training mode of talents and seek their own scientific development in the service.
