【摘要】：歌曲風(fēng)格的自動(dòng)分類(lèi)技術(shù)研究,是音樂(lè)信息檢索領(lǐng)域中一個(gè)重要課題.本文主要討論了對(duì)中國(guó)民歌地域風(fēng)格自動(dòng)分類(lèi)中不同特征選擇方法對(duì)于分類(lèi)性能的影響.論文選用10個(gè)不同地域的1392首原生態(tài)中國(guó)民歌,進(jìn)行了地域風(fēng)格的分類(lèi)實(shí)驗(yàn).實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:在多種分類(lèi)器的試驗(yàn)中,SVM分類(lèi)器的分類(lèi)準(zhǔn)確率最高;在多種特征選擇實(shí)驗(yàn)中使用SVM與Active Feature Selection的特征選擇方法的分類(lèi)準(zhǔn)確率最高,為83%,且選擇出的有效特征參數(shù)從74維降為35維,更便于進(jìn)行參數(shù)分析.
[Abstract]:The research of automatic classification of song style is an important subject in the field of music information retrieval. This paper mainly discusses the influence of different feature selection methods on the classification performance of Chinese folk songs. In this paper, 1392 original Chinese folk songs from 10 different regions were selected and classified into regional styles. The experimental results show that the classification accuracy of SVM classifier is the highest in the experiment of multiple classifiers, and the classification accuracy of SVM and Active Feature Selection is the highest in the experiment of multi-feature selection. The effective characteristic parameter is reduced from 74 dimension to 35 dimension, which is more convenient for parameter analysis.
