【摘要】: 1949年中華人民共和國成立后,由中央政府和各級地方政府組織的各具規(guī)模的文藝匯演,成為促進(jìn)民族團(tuán)結(jié)、發(fā)展民族文化事業(yè)的重要舉措,也是那一特定歷史時(shí)期中唯一的、極具影響力的社會(huì)性藝術(shù)活動(dòng)。 1964年的“全國少數(shù)民族群眾業(yè)余藝術(shù)觀摩演出會(huì)”是建國17年來,展現(xiàn)少數(shù)民族文化藝術(shù)、將少數(shù)民族文藝發(fā)展推向高潮的重大文化事件。18個(gè)省、市、自治區(qū)的53個(gè)民族,組成了600多人的隊(duì)伍,出演250多個(gè)節(jié)目,130多場次,觀眾達(dá)17萬多人次?梢哉f是歷史第一次規(guī)模巨大的少數(shù)民族文藝盛典。 本文以深受國家意識形態(tài)影響、服務(wù)于國家民族文化政策的“全國少數(shù)民族群眾業(yè)余藝術(shù)觀摩演出會(huì)”為主要研究對象,旨在運(yùn)用社會(huì)歷史研究的方法結(jié)合特定時(shí)代的社會(huì)、政治、文化等背景,對會(huì)演的全過程加以歷史性的客觀翔實(shí)的梳理、陳述,進(jìn)而探討由政府主辦、以“業(yè)余群眾”為主體的會(huì)演對民族民間音樂文化發(fā)展、當(dāng)代音樂舞臺(tái)及大眾文化生活等所產(chǎn)生的深遠(yuǎn)影響,并對這一文化事件產(chǎn)生的歷史意義、文化價(jià)值給予相應(yīng)的歷史評價(jià)。
[Abstract]:After the founding of the people's Republic of China in 1949, the exhibition of literature and art, organized by the central government and local governments at all levels, has become an important measure to promote national unity and develop national cultural undertakings. It is also the only social art activity in that particular historical period. In 1964, the "National Amateur Art viewing and presentation meeting of ethnic Minority people" is 17 years since the founding of the people's Republic of China, showing the culture and art of ethnic minorities. The 53 ethnic groups in 18 provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions have formed a team of more than 600 people and played more than 130 performances in more than 250 programs. The audience reaches more than 170,000 people. It is the first time in history that the ethnic minority literature and art festival has a huge scale. The main research object of this paper is "the National Minority masses Amateur Art observation and Exhibition meeting", which is deeply influenced by the national ideology and serves the national national cultural policy. The purpose of this paper is to combine the social, political and cultural backgrounds of a specific era with the method of social and historical research, to make a historical and objective combing and presentation of the whole process of the performance, and then to explore the government hosting. The performance with "amateur masses" as the main body has profound influence on the development of folk music culture, contemporary music stage and mass cultural life, and on the historical significance of this cultural event. The cultural value gives the corresponding historical appraisal.
