【摘要】：小號(hào)屬于高音銅管樂(lè)器,在管樂(lè)器中有著重要地位。它通常作為主要樂(lè)器出現(xiàn)在交響樂(lè)隊(duì)、管樂(lè)隊(duì)、爵士樂(lè)隊(duì)、輕音音樂(lè)隊(duì)以及銅管重奏中。在銅管樂(lè)器中,小號(hào)演奏是大家公認(rèn)的具有較大難度的樂(lè)器之一。并且,在交響樂(lè)隊(duì)、管樂(lè)隊(duì)等團(tuán)體中多擔(dān)任核心聲部和獨(dú)奏領(lǐng)奏聲部,因此演奏壓力較大。由于小號(hào)演奏對(duì)于呼吸、面部肌肉的使用、以及嘴型等都有較高的要求。因此,與其他銅管樂(lè)器相比,小號(hào)演奏更容易出現(xiàn)較多的技術(shù)問(wèn)題及心理負(fù)擔(dān),從而影響演奏水平的正常發(fā)揮。近年來(lái),隨著科學(xué)研究技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展,音樂(lè)心理學(xué)研究逐漸引入認(rèn)知心理學(xué)、物理學(xué)、醫(yī)學(xué)、解剖學(xué)以及腦科學(xué)的研究方法和成果,使其更有助于人們對(duì)音樂(lè)實(shí)踐活動(dòng)中生理、心理機(jī)制的深度認(rèn)知。從而能夠更細(xì)致、更科學(xué)、更人性化的發(fā)揮演奏技能。本文從心理學(xué)、生理學(xué)的角度出發(fā),探究小號(hào)演奏的生理、心理機(jī)制,有利于提高小號(hào)演奏者的身體機(jī)能；豐富和發(fā)展小號(hào)及其他銅管樂(lè)器演奏及教學(xué)的方法論；為小號(hào)及銅管樂(lè)器演奏教育更為科學(xué)化的開(kāi)展和普及提供思考與借鑒。本論文共分五章。第一章分析了小號(hào)的形制與發(fā)展；第二章詳細(xì)地闡述了小號(hào)演奏中的呼吸原理及運(yùn)動(dòng)機(jī)制；第三章論述了小號(hào)演奏中的面部肌肉的運(yùn)動(dòng)機(jī)制：第四章詳細(xì)地分析了小號(hào)演奏緊張狀態(tài)下的心理機(jī)制；第五章總結(jié)了小號(hào)演奏的科學(xué)化訓(xùn)練進(jìn)行了思考與探索。
[Abstract]:The trumpet belongs to the high-pitched brass wind instrument, which plays an important role in the wind instrument. It usually appears as a major instrument in symphonies, orchestras, jazz bands, musicals, and brass ensembles. Among brass instruments, trumpet playing is recognized as one of the more difficult instruments. And, in the symphony orchestra, orchestra and other groups as the core part and solo lead, so the pressure to play. Since trumpet playing has higher requirements for breathing, facial muscle use, and mouth shape. Therefore, compared with other brass instruments, trumpet playing is more likely to have more technical problems and psychological burden, thus affecting the normal performance of the performance level. In recent years, with the rapid development of scientific research technology, music psychology research gradually introduced cognitive psychology, physics, medicine, anatomy and brain science research methods and achievements. Make it more helpful to people's deep cognition of physiological and psychological mechanism in music practice. Thus can be more meticulous, more scientific, more humanized play skills. From the angle of psychology and physiology, this paper probes into the physiological and psychological mechanism of trumpet playing, which is helpful to improve the body function of trumpet players, enrich and develop the methodology of trumpet and other brass instruments playing and teaching. For the trumpet and brass instrument playing education more scientific development and popularization to provide thinking and reference. This thesis is divided into five chapters. The first chapter analyzes the form and development of trumpet, the second chapter elaborates the breathing principle and movement mechanism of trumpet playing in detail. The third chapter discusses the movement mechanism of facial muscles in trumpet playing: the fourth chapter analyzes the psychological mechanism of trumpet playing in tense state; the fifth chapter summarizes the scientific training of trumpet playing.
