【摘要】：正1927年11月27日在上海成立的中國第一所高等專業(yè)音樂學府"國立音樂院"(1929—1949年改名為"國立音樂�？茖W校",簡稱為"國立音專"),由時任南京政府大學院(后名教育部)院長的蔡元培兼任院長(無副院長并擔任主持院務工作的教務主任。音樂教育家蕭友梅博士從日本、德國留學歸來后,在大力倡導"美育"的教育家、時任國立北京大學校長的蔡元培支持下,1920年起在北京陸續(xù)開辦了北京女子高等師范學校音樂系、北京大學附設音樂傳習所、北京藝術(shù)�？茖W校音樂系。
[Abstract]:The National Conservatory of Music, the first institution of higher professional music in China, was established in Shanghai on November 27, 1927 (renamed the National College of Music from 1929 to 1949, or "National Music College"). Cai Yuanpei, then president of Nanjing Government College (later named Ministry of Education), was also president (no vice president) and dean of academic affairs. After returning from studying in Japan and Germany, music educator Dr. Xiao Youmei was supported by Cai Yuanpei, a educator who strongly advocated "aesthetic education" and was then president of the National Peking University. Since 1920, music department of Beijing Women's normal School has been established in Beijing, Music Department of Beijing Art College has been attached to Peking University.
