日照市文化館社會音樂教育調(diào)查研究
[Abstract]:Social music education is an important part of carrying out quality-oriented education. It can improve the whole quality of the whole society and purify the social atmosphere through the function of moral education and aesthetic education. Based on the investigation data and data of social music education in Rizhao cultural center, the present situation of social music education in Rizhao cultural center is investigated and analyzed. In the first part, the author takes the Rizhao Cultural Center, a public welfare unit, as an example to introduce the historical evolution of Rizhao City, the current situation of urban and rural development, the development of education, and the construction of the functions and facilities of Rizhao Cultural Center. The current curator, the development of the activities and the honor obtained are briefly summarized, which provides a realistic basis for further analysis of the social music education situation of the Rizhao Cultural Center. In the second part, the author divides the social music education activities of Rizhao Cultural Center into two parts: the outside performing activities and the music training activities. This chapter begins with the cultural activities outside the cultural center, including festival performances, joint performances with enterprises and institutions, various kinds of competitions and the construction of branch halls and so on. Under the appearance of the prosperity of art activities in Rizhao Cultural Center, it reflects the problems such as large gap of funds and insufficient strength of cultural going to the countryside in Rizhao City, which reflects the essential phenomenon that the performing activities are mostly carried out with the help of Rizhao Municipal General Administration of Radio, Television and News. The third part expounds the social music education activities in Rizhao Cultural Center. The research object includes three parts: the students of Rizhao University of Geriatric Art and 100 public service trainings, the concrete arrangement of the teachers, the evaluation system in the library, and the case study of the teachers and the students in the library. Through the study, the following three problems are found: 1. The teacher evaluation pays attention to the performance achievement neglects the teaching process; 2. The construction of the library is unreasonable. The gender ratio of students is out of balance. The fourth part, to the Rizhao Cultural Center social music education problems in the functional analysis. Aiming at the problems in the social music education of Rizhao Cultural Center at present, this paper discusses in detail and puts forward some countermeasures, such as increasing the government's financial support to the Rizhao Cultural Center, perfecting the specialized construction of the teaching staff in Rizhao City. Attach importance to the innovation of local culture and art activities. Based on the above analysis, the author will elaborate the development trend of social music education in Rizhao Cultural Center.
