【摘要】：ARCS理論中注意、相關(guān)、自信和滿足4個要素是一個整體,沒有主次之分,貫穿于整個教學過程之中,任何一個要素的缺失,都可能會影響學習者的學習動機。因此,在教學的設(shè)計與實施過程中,要系統(tǒng)考慮這4個要素的設(shè)計,忽視任何一個要素,都可能導致教學實施的無效或失敗�；贏RCS理論設(shè)計的翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂,將學習內(nèi)容和教學模式有機結(jié)合,充分發(fā)揮翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂的優(yōu)勢,激發(fā)學生學習動機,提高學生自主學習能力,不僅著眼于教學效果的提升,強化維持學習者的興趣,以達到提高學習效果的目的,還有助于培養(yǎng)學生的自信心,養(yǎng)成努力學習的良好品質(zhì)和終身學習的愿望。
[Abstract]:In the theory of ARCS, the four elements of relevance, self-confidence and satisfaction are a whole, and there is no difference between primary and secondary, which runs through the whole teaching process. The absence of any one of these elements may affect the learner's learning motivation. Therefore, in the process of teaching design and implementation, it is necessary to systematically consider the design of these four elements and ignore any one of them, which may lead to the invalidation or failure of teaching implementation. The flipped classroom designed based on the ARCS theory combines the learning content with the teaching mode organically, fully exerts the advantages of the flipping classroom, arouses the students' learning motivation and improves the students' autonomous learning ability, which not only focuses on the improvement of the teaching effect. Strengthening and maintaining the interest of learners in order to achieve the purpose of improving the learning effect, but also help to cultivate the self-confidence of students, develop the good quality of hard work and lifelong learning desire.
