“博雅教育”視野下我國音樂教師教育的“教育”本位問題
[Abstract]:The aim of music education in our country is to train music teachers, but for a long time in the process of training music teachers, they attach importance to the training of professional knowledge and skills, and neglect to pay attention to the "emancipation and growth of the mind" of music teachers as a person in the future. And this is precisely the most basic mission of higher education. In the teacher education of colleges and universities nowadays, the important way to accomplish this kind of education mission is "general education" (general education). As a kind of educational ideal, general education has attracted much attention in China's higher education in the last ten years. Concern itself is a signal that the understanding of higher education in Chinese society is changing, and that "general education" is changing year by year in people's understanding and understanding. Its position in education is gradually rising. "General Education" is not only a modern concept of education and a way of education, but also involves a tradition associated with it. Behind it is the tradition of "Boya Education" (liberal education), which has more profound roots. From the perspective of "general education", this paper analyzes the related problems of music teachers' education in China from the point of view of "Boya Education" as the starting point of investigation. The discussion in this paper points to an important problem in the education of music teachers, that is, the lack of the connotation of "education" in the education of music teachers in our country. This paper is divided into four parts. The first part introduces the basis of the topic, puts forward questions, research significance, research objects and methods, as well as the current research progress. The first chapter combs the history of Boya Education and the relationship between Boya Education and Curriculum, and interprets the connotation of Boya Education. In the second chapter, the author analyzes the present situation of the curriculum of the two colleges, taking the music teacher education of the Chinese Conservatory of Music and Capital normal University as the object. The third chapter discusses the training goal, content and implementation of music teacher education in these two universities from the perspective of "Boya Education", and points out some negligence and deficiency in music teacher education in our country at present. On the basis of the third chapter, the fourth chapter discusses the "education" standard of music teacher education in China, and points out that we should continue to pay attention to the development of "human" in music education in colleges and universities. This paper holds that attention should be paid to the lack of "education" standard in the current music teacher education in our country, and to reform the "professional" music education which is too narrow in the music education of colleges and universities in our country. To promote the education of music teachers in colleges and universities of our country to realize the goal of "comprehensive and harmonious development".
