【摘要】：本課題的研究靈感源于筆者對十幾年習(xí)琴生涯中所遇到的諸多技術(shù)技巧訓(xùn)練的困惑與阻礙及利用課余時間對社會業(yè)余演奏者輔導(dǎo)的過程中所遇到的現(xiàn)實(shí)需求。同時通過導(dǎo)師劉順的引薦,得到德國音樂演奏生物學(xué)力學(xué)研究者、帥巴赫模式創(chuàng)始人、前星海音樂學(xué)院二胡講師林一明先生針對持琴前的一套較完備的“手指操”訓(xùn)練的啟發(fā)所引發(fā)了對如何解決在學(xué)習(xí)二胡過程中遇到的實(shí)質(zhì)性問題及符合對演奏者的除演奏之外如何對身體機(jī)能進(jìn)行具有針對性的訓(xùn)練和培養(yǎng)的思考,試圖找到一種行之有效的訓(xùn)練方法和思考方式。主要針對人體骨骼肌機(jī)能、呼吸系統(tǒng)、反射性活動及訓(xùn)練個案幾大方面進(jìn)行理解性闡述。
[Abstract]:The inspiration of this research is from the puzzlement and hindrance of the technical skill training in the past ten years and the practical demand in the course of using the spare time to coach the amateur players. At the same time, through the introduction of Liu Shun, a German music performance biology mechanics researcher, the founder of Shuaibach model, Lin Yiming, a former erhu lecturer at the Xinghai Conservatory of Music, inspired by a more complete set of "finger exercises" training in front of the piano, inspired the solution to the substantive problems encountered in the course of learning erhu and met with the players. How to train and train the body function in addition to playing, Try to find an effective training method and thinking way. This paper mainly discusses the function of human skeletal muscle, respiratory system, reflex activities and training cases.
