【摘要】：隨著城市化進(jìn)程的加快和城市社區(qū)建設(shè)的發(fā)展,音樂(lè)活動(dòng)在現(xiàn)代社會(huì)中扮演著越來(lái)越重要的角色。音樂(lè)作為文化的載體,對(duì)文化的交流與傳承具有重要意義。音樂(lè)活動(dòng)在豐富人們的生活、普及大眾音樂(lè)、促進(jìn)社會(huì)安定團(tuán)結(jié)、推進(jìn)和諧社會(huì)等方面都發(fā)揮著重要的紐帶作用,同時(shí)也有力地促進(jìn)了社會(huì)文化環(huán)境的形成和發(fā)展。本研究以新疆烏魯木齊高校退休教師的音樂(lè)活動(dòng)現(xiàn)狀為研究對(duì)象,調(diào)查研究了高校退休教師群體基本概況、音樂(lè)活動(dòng)的現(xiàn)狀及存在的問(wèn)題,研究結(jié)果表明:(1)已經(jīng)退休的教師群體當(dāng)中,學(xué)歷為專科學(xué)歷的占所調(diào)查人員總數(shù)的9.1%、學(xué)歷為本科學(xué)歷的占所調(diào)查人員總數(shù)的63.8%、學(xué)歷為研究生學(xué)歷的占所調(diào)查人員總數(shù)的16.1%、學(xué)歷為博士學(xué)歷的占所調(diào)查比例的11%。從調(diào)查的數(shù)據(jù)中來(lái)看,退休教師整體的學(xué)歷水平偏高。(2)這些退休教師職稱為助教職位的占0,職稱為講師的占到所參與調(diào)查人數(shù)的31.7%,職稱為副教授的占到所有參與調(diào)查人數(shù)的49.7%,職稱為教授的占到所有參與調(diào)查人數(shù)的19.2%。從調(diào)查中可以發(fā)現(xiàn),這幾所學(xué)校講師和副教授所占比重較高為31.7%,其中副教授占比最高,占到所有比重的49.7%,可以看出,這幾所高校教師總體職稱較高,相對(duì)來(lái)說(shuō)他們對(duì)于精神文化的需求要求也較高。(3)音樂(lè)活動(dòng)主要包括舞臺(tái)實(shí)踐和活動(dòng)排練,音樂(lè)活動(dòng)課程主要包括聲樂(lè)、器樂(lè)、舞蹈三大類。筆者對(duì)課程及高校退休教師音樂(lè)活動(dòng)進(jìn)行分析得出,在對(duì)音樂(lè)活動(dòng)豐富性肯定的同時(shí)提出音樂(lè)活動(dòng)中存在的一些問(wèn)題,并針對(duì)存在問(wèn)題提出相關(guān)策略。最后得出本文研究結(jié)論:高校退休教師音樂(lè)活動(dòng)發(fā)展雖然存在一些問(wèn)題,但不可否認(rèn)其音樂(lè)活動(dòng)的豐富性。這些高校退休教師的音樂(lè)活動(dòng)對(duì)于周圍社區(qū)及周圍老年群體音樂(lè)活動(dòng)的發(fā)展有很大的影響,并對(duì)其他社區(qū)的音樂(lè)活動(dòng)提供范式和靈感,從而帶動(dòng)整個(gè)市區(qū)的音樂(lè)活動(dòng),提高全區(qū)的整體音樂(lè)活動(dòng)素質(zhì)。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of urbanization and the development of urban community construction, music activities play a more and more important role in modern society. As the carrier of culture, music plays an important role in cultural communication and inheritance. Music activities play an important role in enriching people's lives, popularizing popular music, promoting social stability and unity, promoting harmonious society and so on. At the same time, they also promote the formation and development of social and cultural environment. This study takes the current situation of retired university teachers' music activities in Urumqi, Xinjiang as the research object, and investigates the basic situation of retired college teachers, the current situation of music activities and the existing problems. The results of the study show that among the retired teachers, The professional degree accounts for 9. 1% of the total number of the investigators, the undergraduate degree accounts for 63.8% of the total, the graduate degree accounts for 16. 1% of the total number of the investigators, and the degree of the doctoral degree accounts for 11% of the investigation. Judging from the survey data, (2) the retired teachers whose titles are assistant positions account for 0%, lecturers account for 31.710%, associate professors account for 49.7% of the total number of people who participate in the survey, and their titles are teaching. The number of participants accounted for 19. 2 percent. From the investigation, we can find that the proportion of lecturers and associate professors in these schools is high at 31.77.Of them, the proportion of associate professors is the highest, accounting for 49.7percent of all the weights.As can be seen, the overall professional titles of teachers in these colleges and universities are relatively high. Comparatively speaking, their demands for spiritual culture are also higher. (3) Music activities mainly include stage practice and activity rehearsals, and music activity courses mainly include three categories: vocal music, instrumental music and dance. Based on the analysis of the curriculum and the music activities of retired teachers in colleges and universities, the author points out that while affirming the richness of music activities, it puts forward some problems existing in music activities, and puts forward some relevant strategies in view of the existing problems. Finally, the conclusion of this paper is drawn: although there are some problems in the development of music activities of retired college teachers, the richness of their music activities cannot be denied. The music activities of retired teachers in these colleges and universities have great influence on the development of music activities in the surrounding communities and the elderly groups around them, and provide a paradigm and inspiration for the music activities of other communities, thus driving the music activities in the whole urban area. Improve the overall quality of the region's music activities.
