【摘要】：正一、高等音樂教育的危機近年來,音樂人才的結構性矛盾深深困擾著音樂行業(yè)的領導者與組織者:中小學音樂教師招聘中,幾十個應聘者爭報一個職位,可是校長們和音樂教研組老師們竟然挑不出一個滿意者,問其原因?他們無奈地說,這些畢業(yè)生的專業(yè)太強了;音樂學院招聘新教師,同樣是幾十個甚至上百個應聘者爭報一個職位,系主任們和考核組的教授們竟然也挑不出一個滿意者,問其原因,他們無奈地說,他們的專業(yè)太強了,可我們是高等院校不是樂團和歌舞團呀;交響樂團或民族樂團
[Abstract]:First, the crisis of higher music education in recent years, the structural contradiction of music talents has deeply troubled the leaders and organizers of the music industry: in the recruitment of music teachers in primary and secondary schools, dozens of applicants are competing for a position. But the principals and the teachers of the music teaching and research group couldn't pick a contented person and ask why? They had no choice but to say that the graduates' majors were too strong; when the Conservatory of Music recruited new teachers, dozens or even hundreds of applicants were competing for a position, and even the dean of the department and the professors of the examination team could not find a single contented person. Asked why, they reluctantly said, their major is too strong, but we are institutions of higher learning not orchestras and dance troupes; Symphony Orchestra or National Orchestra
