【摘要】：高等師范院校是培養(yǎng)教師的搖籃,更是我國高等教育的重要組成部分,是素質(zhì)教育的有效途徑和載體,高等師范院校音樂教育的教育目標(biāo)是以培養(yǎng)音樂教師和音樂通才為主,區(qū)別于專業(yè)音樂院校的教育目標(biāo)。然而,高等師范院校音樂教育多年來在教育目標(biāo)和培養(yǎng)方向被傳統(tǒng)的課程理念、教學(xué)內(nèi)容、教學(xué)方法束縛,影響其綜合性、師范性、通用型、復(fù)合型人才的培養(yǎng),已滿足不了中小學(xué)對音樂師資的需求。作為培養(yǎng)教師為主體的高等師范院校必須順應(yīng)教育發(fā)展的需要,在音樂教育上要探索創(chuàng)新,改革舊的教育理念及模式,構(gòu)建新的管理與課程理念,實(shí)施培養(yǎng)綜合型、高素質(zhì)音樂師資的創(chuàng)新教育。
[Abstract]:Normal colleges and universities are the cradle of training teachers, an important part of higher education in our country, and the effective way and carrier of quality education. The aim of music education in normal universities is to train music teachers and music generalists. Different from the professional music colleges and objectives of education. However, over the years, music education in normal colleges and universities has been restricted by traditional curriculum concepts, teaching contents and teaching methods in terms of educational objectives and training direction, which affects the training of its comprehensive, normal, general-purpose and composite talents. The demand for music teachers in primary and secondary schools has not been met. As the main body of training teachers, normal colleges and universities must conform to the needs of the development of education, explore and innovate in music education, reform the old educational ideas and models, construct new management and curriculum concepts, and carry out comprehensive training. Innovative Education for High quality Music Teachers.
