【摘要】：新世紀(jì)以來(lái),以交響樂(lè)為代表的精英文化與以流行音樂(lè)為代表的大眾文化等多種音樂(lè)形式并存,構(gòu)成了精英文化、大眾文化相互對(duì)抗?jié)B透融合的音樂(lè)文化格局。作為精英文化的交響音樂(lè),其迅速發(fā)展也有著必然性。2015年與2016年間遼寧省相繼舉辦了兩屆市民交響音樂(lè)周活動(dòng),這使遼寧省內(nèi)九支民辦交響樂(lè)團(tuán)逐漸浮出水面,躍進(jìn)大家的關(guān)注中。遼寧省內(nèi)這九支民辦樂(lè)團(tuán)的成立都集中在近幾年,這與當(dāng)下社會(huì)發(fā)展有哪些相互作用。民辦自發(fā)組織的交響樂(lè)團(tuán)在人員構(gòu)成、管理運(yùn)行、發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、未來(lái)前景等諸多方面都有著其特殊性。是什么樣的社會(huì)環(huán)境使如此之多的民辦交響樂(lè)團(tuán)相繼成立,他們?cè)诎l(fā)展過(guò)程中又遇到了哪些不同于職業(yè)化交響樂(lè)團(tuán)的問(wèn)題與瓶頸,面對(duì)我國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義的大環(huán)境以及遼寧省經(jīng)濟(jì)文化發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,遼寧九支民辦樂(lè)團(tuán)應(yīng)作出哪些相關(guān)策略才能使其更長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)的發(fā)展,都是本文所研究的主要方面。本文采用調(diào)查問(wèn)卷、訪談、理論三者結(jié)合的方式,對(duì)遼寧省各民辦樂(lè)團(tuán)的團(tuán)長(zhǎng)、團(tuán)員以及市民大眾做了一系列的調(diào)研訪談,以調(diào)查問(wèn)卷與采訪相結(jié)合的方式,將調(diào)查結(jié)果進(jìn)行整理分析,找出樂(lè)團(tuán)、聽(tīng)眾以及兩者之間存在的問(wèn)題并為樂(lè)團(tuán)發(fā)展提出相應(yīng)的建議。
[Abstract]:Since the new century, the meritocratic culture represented by symphony and popular culture, such as popular music, have coexisted together, forming a musical culture pattern of elite culture, mutual confrontation and permeation of popular culture. As an elite culture of symphony music, its rapid development is also inevitable. Liaoning Province held two symphony music weeks between 2015 and 2016, which made nine private symphony orchestras in Liaoning Province gradually surface. Leaping into attention. The establishment of these nine private orchestras in Liaoning Province is concentrated in recent years, which interacts with the current social development. The private symphony orchestra has its particularity in many aspects, such as personnel composition, management operation, development status, future prospect and so on. What kind of social environment has enabled so many private symphony orchestras to be established one after another, and what problems and bottlenecks they have encountered in their development that are different from those of professional symphony orchestras? In the face of the great environment of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the economic and cultural development of Liaoning Province, what relevant strategies should be made by the nine private orchestras in Liaoning Province in order to make it develop in the longer term are all the main aspects studied in this paper. In this paper, by means of questionnaire, interview and theory, we have done a series of research and interviews to the leaders, members of private orchestras and members of the public in Liaoning Province, in order to combine the questionnaire with the interview. The investigation results are analyzed to find out the problems existing between the orchestra, the audience and the two, and to give some suggestions for the development of the orchestra.
