獨(dú)立學(xué)院音樂專業(yè)創(chuàng)新學(xué)分教學(xué)管理策略探究

【摘要】:在這二十多年的發(fā)展進(jìn)程中,獨(dú)立學(xué)院學(xué)分教學(xué)管理機(jī)制中的"創(chuàng)新"要素并沒有得到很好地發(fā)揮。因而,在全民創(chuàng)業(yè)的社會(huì)背景以及創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)的教育革新趨勢(shì)下,文章提出應(yīng)建立創(chuàng)新學(xué)分教學(xué)管理機(jī)制,分別從創(chuàng)新學(xué)分實(shí)施范圍、創(chuàng)新學(xué)分的認(rèn)定與申報(bào)、創(chuàng)新學(xué)分制審查獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)機(jī)制三大方面闡述其實(shí)施的具體策略。
[Abstract]:In the course of more than 20 years' development, the "innovation" element in the credit teaching management mechanism of independent college has not been brought into full play. Therefore, under the social background of national entrepreneurship and the educational innovation trend of cultivating innovative talents, the article puts forward the establishment of innovative credit teaching management mechanism, respectively from the scope of implementation of innovative credit, the identification and application of innovative credit. Innovation credit system review incentive mechanism three major aspects of its implementation of specific strategies.
