【摘要】:進(jìn)入新世紀(jì)以來(lái),隨著學(xué)前教育事業(yè)的蓬勃發(fā)展,學(xué)前教育專業(yè)也成為職業(yè)院校的熱門專業(yè)之一。學(xué)前教育體系的不斷完善,各高等院校為社會(huì)培養(yǎng)、輸送了大批優(yōu)秀的幼兒教師人才,贏得了幼兒教育機(jī)構(gòu)、幼兒家長(zhǎng)及社會(huì)各界的廣泛好評(píng)。當(dāng)前,幼兒教育市場(chǎng)尚未達(dá)到人才飽和的地步,對(duì)于幼教人才尚具有較大的需求量。因此,各中、高職院校的學(xué)前教育專業(yè)畢業(yè)生一直保持著極高的就業(yè)率。然而,我們?cè)谔幱谟欣置娴耐瑫r(shí),還應(yīng)該具備憂患意識(shí),注意到良好形式背后隱藏的潛在問(wèn)題:其一,終有一天,學(xué)前教育專業(yè)也可能達(dá)到人才需求飽和的境地,各中高職院校的學(xué)前教育專業(yè)應(yīng)未雨綢繆,盡早制定提升辦學(xué)質(zhì)量的計(jì)劃、策略,以便應(yīng)對(duì)未來(lái)可能出現(xiàn)的幼教人才需求飽和危機(jī);其二,中職院校的學(xué)前教育專業(yè)畢業(yè)生在面臨高職院校、本科院校學(xué)前教育專業(yè)畢業(yè)生競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的局面中,如何能夠強(qiáng)化、彰顯自身優(yōu)勢(shì)來(lái)順利地實(shí)現(xiàn)高質(zhì)量的就業(yè),這也是擺在中職院校幼教專業(yè)師資隊(duì)伍面前一道值得深入思考、探究的課題。有鑒于當(dāng)前中職院校學(xué)前教育專業(yè)音樂(lè)教學(xué)中實(shí)踐教學(xué)偏薄弱的現(xiàn)狀,筆者認(rèn)為,克服薄弱的“瓶頸”制約之處,就能夠有效推動(dòng)中職學(xué)前教育專業(yè)教學(xué)改革的發(fā)展,就能有效提升中職學(xué)前教育專業(yè)音樂(lè)教學(xué)質(zhì)量。故而,筆者選擇了“就業(yè)導(dǎo)向下的中職院校學(xué)前教育專業(yè)音樂(lè)課程設(shè)置研究”為課題,擬在實(shí)地調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上,來(lái)探求從課程設(shè)置方面推動(dòng)中職學(xué)前教育專業(yè)音樂(lè)方向?qū)嵺`教學(xué)發(fā)展的思路與方法。本課題的開(kāi)展主要通過(guò)以下幾個(gè)方面展開(kāi):緒論部分是對(duì)課題研究?jī)?nèi)容的研究背景、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、研究方法、特色及創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)的論述,簡(jiǎn)要的對(duì)本次研究?jī)?nèi)容的分析。第一章是對(duì)中職院校學(xué)前教育專業(yè)音樂(lè)教學(xué)的現(xiàn)狀分析,結(jié)合三所中職院校的音樂(lè)教學(xué)開(kāi)展現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)學(xué)校的音樂(lè)教學(xué)課程設(shè)置分析、學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容和情感探析、師資隊(duì)伍的素質(zhì)與教學(xué)方法、課程考核評(píng)價(jià)內(nèi)容、畢業(yè)生就業(yè)情況進(jìn)行分析。第二章在前面的實(shí)地調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)當(dāng)前中職院校學(xué)前教育專業(yè)音樂(lè)課程中存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了梳理,主要集中在以下幾個(gè)方面:第一中職院校學(xué)前教育專業(yè)的音樂(lè)教學(xué)開(kāi)展與高校音樂(lè)課程設(shè)置的同質(zhì)化傾向顯著、第二幼兒音樂(lè)教學(xué)實(shí)踐類課程內(nèi)容較為陳舊、第三幼兒音樂(lè)教學(xué)法類課程內(nèi)容較為陳舊、第四音樂(lè)美學(xué)及文化類課程的相對(duì)缺失、第五缺乏教師自主開(kāi)發(fā)的校本課程。第三章是對(duì)改進(jìn)中職院校學(xué)前教育專業(yè)音樂(lè)課程的措施與策略,主要針對(duì)上一章節(jié)的五點(diǎn)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了策略的應(yīng)對(duì)。第一,調(diào)整課程設(shè)置,突出中職音樂(lè)教育的要求及特色、第二著力增加幼兒音樂(lè)教學(xué)實(shí)踐類課程所占比例、用新型教學(xué)方法充實(shí)幼兒音樂(lè)教學(xué)法類課程、第四適當(dāng)增設(shè)音樂(lè)美學(xué)及文化類課程、第五鼓勵(lì)音樂(lè)教師自主開(kāi)發(fā)校本音樂(lè)課程等。結(jié)論是對(duì)全面進(jìn)行的總結(jié)。

In view of the current practice of music teaching in preschool education in vocational schools teaching situation, the author thinks that the weak, weak to overcome the "bottleneck" of the development, can effectively promote the teaching reform of preschool education specialty in secondary vocational schools the music can improve the teaching quality of preschool education specialty in secondary vocational schools. The second chapter is based on the front research field.
