【摘要】：朝鮮族是一個能歌善舞、勤勞奮進(jìn)的偉大民族,他們在長期的生產(chǎn)生活實踐中創(chuàng)造了別具地域民族文化特色的傳統(tǒng)民歌,有勞動歌、抒情歌和風(fēng)俗歌等;各級政府采取政策支撐、資金支持及人才扶助等激勵措施,大力傳承保護(hù)該民族的文化資源;傳承過程中普遍面臨傳承資金不足、傳承人才匱乏及生成環(huán)境發(fā)生變異等問題;結(jié)合"十三五"時期的未來發(fā)展趨勢,應(yīng)從拓寬資金來源渠道、加快傳承人才培養(yǎng)及創(chuàng)新傳承保護(hù)路徑等入手,全面提升朝鮮族傳統(tǒng)民歌傳承保護(hù)的質(zhì)量水平。
[Abstract]:Korean nationality is a great nation that can sing and dance, industriously and energetically. They have created traditional folk songs with regional national cultural characteristics in their long-term production and life practice, including labor songs, lyric songs and custom songs. Governments at all levels take policy support, fund support and talent support to vigorously inherit and protect the cultural resources of the nation, the inheritance process is generally faced with the lack of inheritance funds, inheritance talent shortage and generation environment variation, and so on; Combined with the future development trend of the 13th Five-Year Plan period, we should start with widening the source of funds, quickening the cultivation of talents and innovating the path of heritage protection, so as to improve the quality level of traditional Korean folk song inheritance and protection in an all-round way.
