【摘要】：在我國政府、行業(yè)組織和社會各界的共同努力下,中國目前的音樂版權(quán)環(huán)境得到了較大幅度的改善,但由于音樂產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈各環(huán)節(jié)中長期存在的諸多病灶仍然沒有得到徹底解決,導(dǎo)致音樂產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)還沒有形成良性運轉(zhuǎn)機制,缺乏可持續(xù)發(fā)展的足夠動力。因此,如何盡快對行業(yè)問題進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)化治理和改造,做到標(biāo)本兼治、正本清源,將是今后中國音樂產(chǎn)業(yè)管理與發(fā)展工作的重中之重。
[Abstract]:In our government, industry organizations and the joint efforts of all sectors of society, the Chinese music copyright environment has been greatly improved, but because of the long-term existence of lesions in each link in the chain of music has still not been completely resolved, leading to the music industry ecology has not formed the benign operation mechanism, the lack of sufficient power for sustainable development therefore, how to carry out systematic industry as soon as possible problems of governance and transformation, the symptoms and the causes, the root, is the priority among priorities of music industry management and development work in the future China.
