高職音樂人才“工學(xué)結(jié)合”培養(yǎng)模式創(chuàng)新研究

【摘要】:高職音樂專業(yè)教育正逐漸形成"教、學(xué)、思、用"為一體的人才培養(yǎng)體系。然而,在此過程中出現(xiàn)了一系列因盲目追求"用"而產(chǎn)生的負(fù)面因素,這些負(fù)面因素的預(yù)防和規(guī)避需要在培養(yǎng)模式上進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步的創(chuàng)新來得到緩解和消除。通過對高職音樂專業(yè)聲樂教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀的描述、"工學(xué)結(jié)合"一體化人才培養(yǎng)模式對高職音樂教學(xué)的意義、高職音樂"工學(xué)結(jié)合"教學(xué)一體化培養(yǎng)模式創(chuàng)新探索三個(gè)方面的分析來展開本研究。旨在充實(shí)高職音樂專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)理論基礎(chǔ),為該領(lǐng)域的研究提供進(jìn)一步的理論支撐。
[Abstract]:Music major education in higher vocational education is gradually forming a talent training system of "teaching, learning, thinking and using". However, a series of negative factors arising from blind pursuit of "use" appear in this process. The prevention and avoidance of these negative factors need to be further innovated in the training mode to be alleviated and eliminated. Through the description of the present situation of vocal music teaching in higher vocational music specialty, the integrated training mode of "combination of work and study" is proposed. The significance of music teaching in higher vocational education, In order to enrich the theoretical foundation of music talent training in higher vocational education, this study is aimed at providing further theoretical support for the research in this field through the analysis of the innovation and exploration of the integrated training mode of music "combination of work and learning" in higher vocational education.
