東易日盛裝飾集團(tuán)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略案例與分析

【摘要】:本文主要目的是探討中國市場化運(yùn)營的企業(yè)(自然企業(yè))在其發(fā)展中的階段性和與各階段相應(yīng)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略;并以一個(gè)處于第二發(fā)展階段的典型企業(yè) 東易日盛裝飾集團(tuán)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略為重點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了案例的撰寫和案例分析。從而為中國企業(yè)保持持續(xù)競爭力,順利完成發(fā)展的階段性跨越,從而做強(qiáng)做大提供了建設(shè)性意見和設(shè)想。 論文結(jié)構(gòu)主要由三大部分構(gòu)成:在前言部分首先定義并分析了中國自然企業(yè)的三階段發(fā)展模型、各階段的戰(zhàn)略特點(diǎn)及其對于現(xiàn)實(shí)企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略實(shí)踐的意義,著重分析了其中的第二階段并提到了案例目標(biāo)公司東易日盛;案例主體部分是東易日盛裝飾集團(tuán)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略案例,包括:東易日盛的發(fā)展歷史、家裝行業(yè)的概述、東易日盛發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的回顧和現(xiàn)狀、東易在戰(zhàn)略層面所面臨的挑戰(zhàn)等等;案例分析部分包括對家裝行業(yè)發(fā)展趨勢的分析和預(yù)測、以及對東易日盛在第二階段發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的全方位分析和對策。 企業(yè)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略是在符合和保證實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)使命的條件下,在充分利用環(huán)境中存在的各種機(jī)會(huì)和創(chuàng)造新機(jī)會(huì)的基礎(chǔ)上,確定企業(yè)同環(huán)境的關(guān)系,規(guī)定企業(yè)從事的事業(yè)范圍、成長方向和競爭對策,合理地調(diào)整企業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)和分配企業(yè)的全部資源。它是企業(yè)主體和環(huán)境的互動(dòng),涵蓋了企業(yè)的經(jīng)營理念、管理、營銷和財(cái)務(wù)等,是一個(gè)包羅萬象的概念。本文試圖通過一個(gè)典型的案例和分析對企業(yè)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略做出生動(dòng)的詮釋;并通過三階段模型將各種要素整合,給“只緣身在此山中”而陷入迷惘的企業(yè)提供一個(gè)從時(shí)間和空間上都能給自己的發(fā)展提供鳥瞰的理論高臺(tái)。 本文的意義在于:三階段模型給企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略提供了一個(gè)參照系和分析框架;對于東易日盛的案例和分析給此模型提供了一個(gè)鮮活的現(xiàn)實(shí)印證;家裝行業(yè)發(fā)展趨勢的預(yù)測也給有關(guān)專業(yè)人士提供了一種有啟發(fā)意義的見解。 有趣的是,本文通過對于家裝行業(yè)的內(nèi)部、外部的綜合分析,大膽地作出了一個(gè)預(yù)測:正處于飛速增長時(shí)期的家庭裝修行業(yè)會(huì)在未來消失 與其它相關(guān)企業(yè)融合為一個(gè)“泛家居產(chǎn)業(yè)”;而這會(huì)給上萬的家裝公司帶來最終的、實(shí)質(zhì)性的影響。當(dāng)然這個(gè)預(yù)測的準(zhǔn)確與否還尚待時(shí)間來驗(yàn)證。

[Abstract]:The main purpose of this paper is to explore the stages of the development of Chinese market-oriented enterprises (natural enterprises) and the corresponding development strategies with each stage, and to focus on the case writing and case analysis of a typical enterprise in the second stage of development, namely, the development strategy of Dongyi Risheng Decoration Group. Thus, it provides constructive suggestions and ideas for Chinese enterprises to maintain sustainable competitiveness and successfully complete the stage leap of development, so as to strengthen and expand. The structure of the paper is mainly composed of three parts: in the preface, the three-stage development model of Chinese natural enterprises is defined and analyzed, the strategic characteristics of each stage and its significance to the practical strategic practice of enterprises are analyzed, and the second stage is analyzed and the case target company Dongyi Risheng is mentioned. The main part of the case is the development strategy case of Dongyi Risheng Decoration Group, including: the development history of Dongyi Risheng, the overview of home decoration industry, the review and present situation of Dongyi Risheng development strategy, the challenges Dongyi faces at the strategic level, and so on; the case analysis part includes the analysis and prediction of the development trend of Dongyi Risheng decoration group, as well as the omni-directional analysis and countermeasures of Dongyi Risheng's development strategy in the second stage. Under the condition of meeting and ensuring the realization of the mission of the enterprise, the development strategy of the enterprise is to determine the relationship between the enterprise and the environment on the basis of making full use of the various opportunities existing in the environment and creating new opportunities, to define the scope of the enterprise engaged in, the direction of growth and the competitive countermeasures, and to reasonably adjust the structure of the enterprise and allocate all the resources of the enterprise. It is the interaction between the main body of the enterprise and the environment, covering the business philosophy, management, marketing and finance of the enterprise, is an all-inclusive concept. This paper attempts to make a vivid interpretation of the development strategy of the enterprise through a typical case and analysis, and integrates all kinds of elements through the three-stage model to provide a theoretical platform for enterprises that are lost because they are in this mountain and are lost in time and space, which can provide a bird's eye view for their own development. The significance of this paper is that the three-stage model provides a frame of reference and an analytical framework for the strategy of the enterprise; the case and analysis of Dongyi Risheng provides a vivid realistic verification of the model; and the prediction of the development trend of the home decoration industry also provides an enlightening opinion to the professionals concerned. What is interesting is that through the comprehensive analysis of the internal and external aspects of the home decoration industry, this paper boldly makes a prediction that the family decoration industry, which is in a period of rapid growth, will disappear in the future and merge with other related enterprises into a "pan-home industry"; this will bring the final and substantial impact to tens of thousands of home decoration companies. Of course, the accuracy of this prediction remains to be verified.
